DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE/ SURVICE SCAM

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR SURVICE ITS A SCAM. They charge you $94.95 FOR NOTHING!!!! They just give you the application to fill out and print. The whole process was so much harder then just going to the local office. PLUS I just got a request from the U.S Dept. of State passport office to send an additional $130.00 fee for my ACTUAL passport. Most ridiculous experience of my life. I want my money back.

Hello

Hello, March 29th, I requested a passport renewal service from my Passport Center. I thought it was the right place, but after I paid $ 169.80, I realized the service I had paid for was incorrect. I find that what they provided for that amount of money is minimal and not worth it. I sent them a message the same day, 30 minutes after, requesting a refund, but I haven't heard back yet.

Do not use this company

I strongly encourage anyone considering this service to proceed with caution.

I paid for passport application assistance and immediately identified serious errors in the documents provided—including being sent an adult passport application for my 13-year-old child. I flagged this issue right away and made multiple attempts to have it corrected. I believe this was my error when I input everything however they advertise that you can make any corrections by contacting their support email.

What followed was a complete breakdown in communication. My emails went unanswered for extended periods of time, despite the company advertising weekday customer support hours. There is no accessible phone number, and repeated attempts to get help or even basic clarification were unsuccessful.

Because of these delays, I was forced to cancel a scheduled in-person passport appointment and ultimately complete the process on my own. The service I paid for became entirely unusable.

To date, I have not received corrected documents, a refund, or even a response to my final escalation email. I also repeatedly requested contact information for a manager or supervisor and was never provided with it.

Instead, I received a generic response citing company policy, without addressing the actual issues: incorrect documentation, lack of timely support, and failure to deliver a usable service.

The combination of inaccurate forms, lack of responsiveness, and inability to reach anyone with authority to resolve the issue raises serious concerns about how this company operates.

I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly and professionally. Those efforts were not reciprocated.

I would not use this service again.

Pointless website with absurd fees

Pointless website with absurd fees to do essentially nothing, wayyyyyy over priced for the services they provide. $125 to provide and fill out my own application thats offered for FREE elsewhere just to have to turn around and pay an additional $130 to the government to actually process my application.

Scammers

Scammers! Scammers! Scammers! Do not use this service. I submitted an application inadvertently not noticing that this was not the US state department website. A cancellation and refund request immediately followed. They refused to provide my refund.
