Nice and Easy

The site was easy to use, and navigate. Also when I clicked off the page by mistake it didn't make me re-enter everything over.

Feeling scammed

Feeling scammed. It wasn't until after I hit submit that I realized this was a third-party site and not the official government applicate process. Shame on me for using Google and not looking more carefully at the search results. Now I feel concerned about providing personal information to a company I don't know much about. Very frustrated.

Rip off!!

This company literally offers you the same form that is available on the US governments website for free. They charge the customer $169 to basically fill out the form online and print it. Same as the US government. You still have to pay for the actual passport via the US travel agency. This website is a complete rip off!! WARNING do not use them for any reason.

Hello

Hello, Yesterday afternoon, I requested a passport renewal service from My Passport Center. I thought it was the right place, but after I paid, I realized the service I had paid for was incorrect. This site only allows you to fill out the DS-82 form and charges $170 for it, which I could have done myself on the government website. I find that what they provided for that amount of money is minimal and not worth it. I sent them a message the same day, 30 minutes after, requesting a refund, but I haven't heard back yet.

i was try to renew my passport

i was try to renew my passport , i come a cross this web page which is not a goverment page, i thought what i pay for is the whold servise until i get my passport, but not the prepare me a paper that i could get everywhere for post office and fill them myself. pls beware of those page, that are scam , make sure you got to the goverment page, which only one fee 130 for everyghing done
