I want my money back

Hello, Yesterday afternoon, I requested a passport renewal service from My Passport Center. I thought it was the right place, but after I paid, I realized the service I had paid for was incorrect. This site only allows you to fill out the DS-82 form and charges $170 for it, which I could have done myself on the government website. I find that what they provided for that amount of money is minimal and not worth it. I sent them a message the same day, 30 minutes after, requesting a refund, but I haven't heard back yet.

The post office clerk was quick in…

The post office clerk was quick in responding with a great attitude and had a quick turnaround! It made me smile! He sure made a great impression on me! I was actually feeling a little frustrated at the time right before he spoke to me. Excellent customer service! I will come again! Thank you for making a big difference at the moment! I hope getting my son’s passport will help make new happy memories! God bless the USA!

DO NOT USE. You can fill out for free on government site.

Just sharing so others don’t make the same mistake. Be careful when applying for a U.S. passport online. Some websites look official but are actually third-party services that charge you to fill out forms you could complete yourself for free on the government website.

I got misled because I was rushing. The site did include a disclaimer saying it was a third party, but it’s easy to miss. After you submit your information, the fee is non-refundable, and customer service takes a while to respond.

You’re essentially paying a third party to enter information into the same forms you complete directly on the official site. Save your money and go straight to the government passport website to fill out the forms yourself—sometimes you can even file online.

I paid $170 for what??

I paid $170 for what??? SO that you could electronically fill out my document and email me a pdf copy? That's ALL you did...Your service is a scam. DO NOT use this company - you can get a free passport application online and fill it out on your own. I can't believe I didn't pay more careful attention.
