Scam. Makes you pay the amount for passport but it’s just to fill out application that you can do on own.

Hot Springs Passport Center

Everyone from the security guards at the entrance to the clerks processing my passport were a class act respecting my emergency and helping to assure my passport would be processed at the Hot Springs location!!! One of the best experiences ever!!!
