After going through a bad divorce 62…
After going through a bad divorce at 62 and getting peyronise soon after my confidence has basically bottomed out . The product arrived exactly when they said would . Easy to use and robust . I’m 13 days in now using it so I’m hoping after 3 months I’ll be smiling . Patience and dedication is the key i think . I was delighted with the I’ve had this…
I was delighted with the I’ve had this for about two and a half weeks and when first used I had no leakage at all, however I’ve the last week I have begun to experience some leakage. However, it is still way better than before I had the Ephemia pessary. I would definitely recommend anyone suffering with urinary incontinence to try it.

Didn’t work for me
Bought Efemia sample pack with various sizes. Tried them all. All uncomfortable so asked for help by email. No response. So I sorted as high as I could like a tampon. Almost disappeared but now more comfortable. But as soon as I moved I leaked I wet my self. Very embarrassing. Absolute rubbish.

Initially a frustrating experience, but after contact from the company, better, but not fully resolved.
I paid approx £200 for the Novoglan product. a non surgical solution to phimosis, tight foreskin. I am not as yet getting the results I was expecting at all. Nothing seems to change after the balloon is removed from underneath the foreskin, which just goes back to where it was before I started.
I have been consistently been using it for over 10 weeks now. Thirty minutes a day. Very disappointing after such a consistent effort.
I contacted customer services, and had a video call with a representative, who suggested using a water based oil for insertion, rater than the coconut oil I had been using, which was causing the silicone balloons to shred, and burst.
He was to send on some further silicone balloons, as a free replacement, approx five I was expecting, along with one or two replacement rubber rings for the base, as I had mislaid one ring, and really need the two rings at the base to hold the balloon in place.
None of these arrived as promised, even after I further followed up with email,s and Whats app messages, as directed by the company.
After paying a quiet substantial amount for one product, (£200 approx), which I expected to work. To be further let down by one of the company representatives for the replacement parts I was depending on, is very disappointing.
Bear all this in mind should you decide to purchases this product, or any other products from this company.

After the company saw my initial review here on Trustpilot, they made contact with a detailed apology, and a promise to put the situation right, which they have done to some extent.
I have now received four replacement silicone balloons for the Novoglan product I had purchased, but am still waiting for the two or more of the small rubber rings for the base of the product to hold the balloons in place, an essential piece required to have the product work correctly.
They say they do not hold spares, and cannot source them, the rings, well neither can I. They would be available from the manufacturer I assume. It is not my job to get the spare parts, that's down to the retailer to sort that out. I am the customer, and am not further up the supply chain.
I appreciate the efforts made by the company so far, and the apology, and understand human error and oversight can sometimes happen in a business. With that I have raised my review from one star to three stars. Should the essential small rubber rings ever arrive, I will give the company four stars, and update this review again.
Hopefully the company will learn from this experience when someone pays approx £200 for one product, they expect a swift response, and early resolution of any issues, and not to be left hanging with empty promises and no response whatsoever, until I posted my experience with the company here on Trustpilot.
Again I would put that down to human oversight and error, and wish them well.
