Efemia has changed my life
Efemia has changed my life. I have an irritable bladder and lived in constant fear of urinary leakage. My physiotherapist recommended Efemia as an adjunct to medication and pelvic floor strengthening exercises. It has been a huge success. I can now exercise, cough and generally enjoy life without fear of any embarrassing moments. Inserting the device took a wee bit of getting used to but it was really worth persevering. I would recommend Efemia to anyone with a similar condition.

On the website it says buy 6 get one free( on boxers). What it doesn't say is you have to find the drop down tab (which I still can't find). Tap that and pay extra postage. Not really very good for older people not too good with tech. Needs sorting out.
