i loved the customer service and my items came really quick!
I definitely recommend!

Ordered middle of December. Contacted Shanice via WhatsApp beginning of January.
Got given the run around with different excuses and then failed promises.
Had to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company to get my money back.
After the chargeback I received aggressive WhatsApp messages from Shanice.
I will not be using this company again and advise others not to either.

Great customer service fast deliveries with great products ,also does a free consultation which can help you choose a product if your unsure or just need general help. 10/10 experience highly recommend:)

I placed an order on 10th December 2021, however I never received my delivery. I sent them plenty of emails but it took them weeks to get back to me. When they did get back to me, their customer service team stated “we also have our own functioning and disfunctioning lives” whilst still not answering my question about the whereabouts of the delivery or offering to provide a refund. After many requests for a refund, I finally received my refund TODAY (20/01/2022).

Shanice from management reached out to me by email to apologise for the bad customer service I received from her team. She sent me a free 2-month supply of the BV Buster, and her vagina care ebook. I’m very appreciative of the outcome of the situation, and how Shanice professionally resolved this situation. I haven’t used the BV buster yet, but if I like it I will definitely be buying again.

Your price has gone from £9.99 delivered in March '21 to £30 delivered by December '21. Jokes. Took too long for delivery over 2 weeks. Product I ordered on Amazon worked much better.

Placed an order on 11th December 2021 and I’m still waiting on delivery. A general email was sent to say all orders would arrive no later than 11th January 2022 but mines never came. I have emailed them more than once but have not received any communication back.

No communication, and I still have not received the item purchased.

At first I was irked by the delay of my package. I voiced my opinion and I was contacted shortly after my complaint which shows value for customers as my concern was addressed in a timely manner. Customer service was very good as though I was frustrated I couldn’t ask for better customer service as the matter was dealt with rather very professional. Packaging was presentable. I’m quite critical when it comes to reviewing a brand/product, so here’s what I think about myperfectpuss order ~ outstanding. I have ordered the boric acid, yoni pearls and bath salt. All products come in a cute pink packaging, feels very feminine and given nice quality. As to the actual quality of products, I’m impressed. It’s only been a few days and boy.. she feels so clean and tight. I’ve been eager to find something that can simply help me to detox my treasure, and maintain its balance. These stuff truly work, and I think every woman should keep a pack for herself. Our yoni has been compromised and forgotten the importance of its wellbeing, while this brand focuses on giving us just that. Good luck ladies, this one is gonna be a great choice. For anyone with irritation, please be patient. It must detox before healing takes place, and once that happens ~ magic takes over 🤍

The products I’ve purchased so far are very good. It does what it says!
Bv buster is a must have for who suffers from bv and thrush infections even when they are recurrent - this actually works! Bv is only treated with antibiotics, but then comes back again and again. Since I’m using bv buster I never had to get antibiotics again or had symptoms of bv. Occasionally thrush reoccurs but symptoms are now mild and 2 capsules completely solve it. I’ve been trying to get an effective treatment for these (bv/thrush) for years! And so far this is the only one that works in the short and long run.
Soap bar is wonderful! I wouldn’t use anything else now.
A company that sells quality products, fairly priced and with an excellent customer service.
