Terrible communication
Never received my whole order, never received a refund after being told I would receive one for the items I didn’t get. Absolutely terrible communication from the sender. So disappointed.

It s been over a month now that i put an order.
Package arrived empty.
I have been told a other one was on the way, never arrived. Contacted customer service again and told another one was on the way, still nothing.

Dealing with BV for many years finally found something that works. Dealing with my bv has caused to many issue after I had my kids it felt like the smell down there got worst over time and I kept washing down there with soap which doesn’t help as it made it worst . After going to gp & spending money on over counter products to help which never works I finally found something that works and after 24hours I notice my ph balance and smell was back to normal. I’ve used the bv buster for 5days as I only needed it to help with the smell down there it’s gone and am so happy!!! Delivery did take extra two days but it was worth it and about to order more so I always have an extra pack just in case but this works wonders. Definitely will using this website again ❤️❤️.

Lost my parcel
Lost my parcel. No tracking provided. Order placed end of last month still haven’t received it, a replacement or refund. Customer service team take days to respond, not great service at all.

Parcel never arrived. Terrible communication.
Ordered beginning of November parcel still hasn’t arrived. Contacted them through WhatsApp but nothing has been resolved. I wrote to them a month a go to inquire further on the whereabouts of my package and to ask for a refund but they stopped replying. I’ve wrote emails but never received any responses. Not professional at all.

Just received my products from my perfect puss. My deliveries have always been on time and I didn't have to wait to long to receive them.
