Never received order. Sent multiple emails, whatsapps, etc firstly was told order had been dispatched and would be with me in next few days. Nothing arrived. Weeks later got a WhatsApp saying there had been a fire in their warehouse and they would send me a refund. I never got a refund and had to escalate to PayPal. Finally got a refund through PayPal as company weren’t responding to myself or PayPal. Looking at other recent reviews, this seems to be the norm. I’d advise anyone else to avoid this company. My previous review of this company was reported and removed for some reason, I just do not want others to go through the same experience I’ve had.

The founder personally reached out to me via WhatsApp to thank me for my custom which I wasn’t expecting because I purchased sometime last year. It’s good to know real humans run businesses these days and show real empathy towards their customers. There isn’t another company like myperfectpuss and that’s why I always recommend to any female who has any irritation. BVBUSTER saved my life and I don’t know what I would of done with out it! Absolutely awful, don't think this is even a legitimate business, do not use this site, I ordered a product way back in June, they of course took the money but still no order, tried to email, says the domain doesn't exist, the website says "we'll be back soon". Scam of a site, avoid avoid avoid!!!

I LOVE 222/BV buster, I’ve brought from this product multiple times and it’s amazing it’s the best thing I’ve tried. I am so pleased with this brand and everything I’ve brought has arrived really quickly and the packaging is gorgeous. I highly recommend :)

Ordered on the 16th of august and haven’t received anything. Their customer service is VERY Poor and Unprofessional. You’ve got more chance of getting a reply back from God than them. If you don’t want to be scammed then I strongly suggest that you don’t order from here!

Now where do I start … absolutely amazing products . The puss paradise yoni oil is really nice it smells amazing and doesn’t cause any irritation. A drop can go a long way . The Puss balance soap Wooow what a game changer I haven’t looked at another soap since . The WAP needs to be No.1 in the charts because nothing can compare not even the female viagra ! The BV buster was really my prayers answered in a package I can’t fault it at all . I can’t wait to try the new 222 alternative .

I placed my order 19th August and I never received it. Contacted customer service and they haven’t responded back to my recent email. Very disappointed. Please don’t waste your money on this scam 😔

Didn’t receive what I had ordered. Missing item was to be sent out on the 8th and still haven’t received it. Not sure if I will ever receive the missing part of my order not very happy considering I had to pay 5 pound for the delivery of something that wasn’t even correct.

Quick, efficient and discreet shipping. I would have liked a confirmation letting me know when to expect my package but otherwise great service!

If I could give half a star I would. Whilst the products are amazing (that’s if you actually receive them) the delivery and customer service isn’t. This is the third (and last) time having my order delayed. On this occasion only part of my order was received and nobody thought to advise me that I would only be receiving half of my order! I WhatsApp my concerns only to be redirected to an email address to then be redirected to another email address to then be told the item that I have paid for and been expecting for over a week is no longer in stock and I have to wait 14 days for a refund!!

What a joke. Will not be ordering again!

Fast delivery beautiful packaging .. hard to choose a favourite tbh puss paradise is a solid 11/10 bv buster an essential and the yoni oil !!!!! My pubes are glistening the product you never knew you needed self care start from the pussy up (don’t forget the crow toes tho) 🤩🤩there’s no excuses it’s sit on his/her/their face summer 😭😭😭😭
