Put in an order in February. Was advised that some of the order was not available so had to wait. Reached out again in May to be told some samples were not available so I ordered something different only to find they were not available. In the end ordered something else. Finally they were delivered but the balance of the order still has not come. Have become frustrated
Solving a problem
So - through all the transport troubles, My Perfume Shop was able to rectify a problem and deliver on their promises.
The customer service officer, Anne was very helpful, understood the issue and fixed it.

Awful experience with this company
Awful experience with this company. Ordered a number of items. Once the order was placed, I got an email saying the items were "pre-orders" - this was the first I'd heard of that as nothing was said on the website. The items are woefully overdue. My request for a refund has been ignored even though they offer a refund in these circumstances. Won't be buying from them again.

Was told my items would be posted 2-3 days after 25 June. That did not happen.
Finally received a refund after a lot more back and forth and me advising i'd lodge a dispute with my bank.
Worryingly, one item was removed from my order. I queried this with the business and they advised there was "no availability on the wholesale market". But that item is still listed for sale on their website with no mention of its unavailability.
It bothers me they have items listed for sale even though they know they cannot get stock
I would be very wary of this business. It all seems very, very shady to me.

I placed the order and was never told my order was a pre ordered item. I only waited 3 weeks for delivery the website stated in stock shipped from Sydney. Then I asked to change address prior to shipment contact us said email or WhatsApp I went on WhatsApp only to be told to email.
Email replies took 3 days for a reply. Bad customer service I will never order from this company again

Ordered two samples on the 28th, May. They don't inform on the website if the samples are available to be shipped or if they are pre-orders. Guess what? Mine were both pre-orders, that means a huge delay. I received automatic e-mails, and lots of excuses. Until someone from customer service offered the option to swap the samples. I decided to do it, so at least I could get something. Nothing was confirmed about the change, and now they want me to wait some extra time to get the original one that I have ordered. I DON'T EVEN WANT THE SAMPLES THAT I CHOSE ANYMORE! What a joke!

Order perfume on 3rd June. I even paid same day express shipping didn’t arrive. Apparently one perfume wasn’t in stock , blamed the war overseas for delay. Emails unanswered, dodgey company, poor extremely poor customer service. Wouldn’t ever recommend this company to anyone in the world. And it also needs to be removed off the shop app.

I'm writing this review after wearing Terre d'Hermes for about six weeks. The earthy, woody scent is definitely masculine, but it's not overpowering. I get a few hours of solid projection before it settles closer to the skin. It's a classic for a reason, though I wish it lasted a bit longer on my skin.

Do not shop here!! After purchasing a product on pre-order on April 1st, 2026 I was informed I would get my item by the 10th of April, after several emails from the company stating my pre-order had been delayed, I trusted the process and patiently waited for it to arrive. After the third email about another delay I started to grow more concerned and reached out personally for understanding of the delay. They stated due to the situation in the Middle East they couldn’t give an exact date my product would arrive, only a guess-timite. Unfortunately after 8 weeks I decided to ask for a refund and to cancel my order. I received no response back from my perfume shop. This forced me to dispute my transaction with my bank as I had not received my product. The following day I received a cancellation notification which stated I would get my refund in 1-3 business days. The day following that I get an email from my bank stating that the retailer provided a “tracking number” and my item had been delivered in April. All false claims on the retailers behalf. Be wary buying from them as their practices seem shady and unlawful.

This company is a complete scam. I put in my order and I got an email saying it was on pre order, it didn't say that when I ordered. That was 2 months ago, they are impossible to contact sending only automated messages saying they are having trouble sourcing it. They are refusing to cancel my order and give a refund. I have reported them to ACCC.
