This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. I put in my order and I got an email saying it was on pre order, it didn't say that when I ordered. That was 2 months ago, they are impossible to contact sending only automated messages saying they are having trouble sourcing it. They are refusing to cancel my order and give a refund. I have reported them to ACCC.
They never tell you it’s not in stock

Scam Shop
If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I placed an order nearly two months ago and every single time I reach out to them I get nothing except for one AI generated post about the war and delays. This is a lie because I have ordered once before when there wasn't a war and had the same experience. Why did I order again? Because I truly believed that the one time it went awry was an oversight or general mix up. This isn't. This is how this company runs and I am convinced they are a scam, operating from overseas and friends or paid people are trying to bury the general negative complaints this shop receives on the daily. I have submitted a report to the ACCC and its very easy to do online and I urge anyone who has had a bad experience with this store to do it.

Where do I start ? The price point ?? The product ? The service ?? 10/10 across the board. The perfume truly lingers all day… I sprayed in the morning and walked my dog in the afternoon and was stopped twice haha ! Had to pull up the link to your store and show the ladies that stopped me as they wanted to purchase as well !
Not sure if I should thank you or ask you block me to save my bank account ?!? But all your products are so reasonably priced, so I will simply say thank you !
Delays!
I ordered from My Perfume Shop in March. After email upon email, I finally received my perfume this month (June). My last email to this company asked them to be HONEST about my purchase. I also told them about their negative reviews and requested a refund immediately. My Perfume arrived within three days. Coincidence? Not sure. Saying that, the perfume is beautiful. But I won't be ordering again. This company need to get their act together, be transparent and upfront from the start around pre-orders.

NEGATIVE STARS - BEWARE
0 Stars! 6 weeks later, no order. There was no indication my item would be a 'Pre-Order' at point of sale. I have asked for a refund 4 times at this point only to be met with AI generated responses that refuse a refund. This company is a scam. I have made a NSW Fair Trading Complaint and will escalate this legally - because, based on these reviews, this is a tactic they use to take money from innocent people - I filed an ACCC complaint and NSW Fair Trading - I also stated I was starting legal proceedings to get my money back. I have now received my refund. REPORT THIS company to ACCC and NSW Fair Trading, send them evidence of such and hopefully you too can get your refund

Ordered five perfumes worth around $400…
Ordered five perfumes worth around $400 on 29th of April and after three weeks they sent one as rest were pre-ordered and after a month and they confirmed that one of the perfumes that I was eagerly waiting, they still not able to get it from their supplier(why it was on their website?) anyhow, they offer me some coupon worth 10-15% of the total cost of my perfume and I denied and asked for refund. They promised to add a free sample vial with my remaining order for all the delay and I received my order on 6th of June (they took a whole month and extra week to deliver my order) and guess what they didn’t add any sample vial with my order! Not sure how they are still stand out in the market. Total disappointment.

I WOULD RATE 0 IF I COULD!! Do not order from this business, pay the little bit extra and use a reliable company. Waited over 2 months for an order to be shipped, poor communication, customer service DO NOT listen when you want to cancel/refund due to extremely long waits, and there's different excuses being made every time you request an update. I will be taking this to consumer affairs, it's appalling being treated like this as a customer!

Extremely bad experience as I have ordered perfumes two times I didn’t get my desired product. Every-time they suggested me replacement and all

They took 1 month to send my order. I followed iup numerous times, but every time I was told that some of the items are on pre-order. Eventually after the 5th week, I was contacted to inform me that they don’t have stock for some items. I was given a list of available items in stock, I selected my preference and the next day I was told no stock. Eventually I told them that they must pick the sample fragrance because I needed my order to be delivered, eventually I received the Aramex notification that my parcel is on the way. Almost 6 weeks of waiting
