There is a cost associated with our service, which we indicate several times on the website. It is important to note that the option existed to send the letter yourself, but you explicitly chose to have us do it. Unfortunately, we are unable to credit the invoice as the job was carried out in full based on your request.

I believe they are not telling the truth.
I know the internet buys and sells and there was nothing about paying DKK 300,for sending a letter. You really think I will have paid that amount for something, I have to do by myself, calling Falck and terminate my subscription because you have done nothing at all. I asked if you have done anything and they told me they haven't received anything at all.
Sometime later bymetis sent me an email telling me the payment it's now ready now and I should pay it. They really think people are stupid and they have to pay them money for something they are not sending.
There are many people in my situation and ready to fight if that's what bymetis are looking for. Right? OK? Put your things together bymetis and stop asking people for money and especially from those with very little money. You understand that?
I really do hope so for your own sake.

I didn't even use bymetis to cancel my gym membership. I was just on the site and put in my name and e-mail, and without ever accepting the terms and conditions i keep on getting e-mails on how i should give them 30€. So this website is a total scam, as soon as you put in your info it's gonna steal it and send you threatening e-mails.

The cheat people by infiltrating well reputated establishments, such as newspapers and tricking people to pay them for unsubscibing to the paper. It is free to unsubscribe but ones ends up paying them 40 € to send an unsubscription letter to the newspaper. Watch out.

They must have somehow gotten my email while I was trying to figure out how to cancel my Allianz insurance. I found it and cancelled myself. Now I they start sending me a 30 euro bill with warning that it will be increased with 14,50 euro if I don't pay in time.
But they apparently have no legal basis.
I will block their emails.

I recently relocated from France having lived there for almost six years. During this time, I had a mobile contract with SFR which I knew I would be cancelling prior to leaving. I visited the SFR agency in Brive to ask for the SFR address I should write to in order to effect my cancellation. I was given an address in Lyon and I duly sent off my letter.
Shortly after arriving at my new address, I started to receive letters from byMétis demanding their fee for purportedly sending a letter of cancellation to SFR on my behalf. I categorically never asked this company to act on my behalf. Why would I? I am a fluent French speaker and am perfectly able to write my own letters.
I wrote to byMétis, attaching a copy of the letter I had sent to SFR, together with their reply acknowledging my letter of cancellation. I told byMétis that, without proof that I had asked them to send a letter on my behalf, I would be sending no money.
Today, another email from byMétis arrived, showing me a copy of a letter they say they sent to SFR in Belgium (?) on my behalf asking for my contract to be cancelled.
Clearly these people are chancers and scam artists. I will be deleting all future emails!!!

I am reallyy trying to contact them since ages now like literally its been 6 months.
Once i lost my ov chipkaart so i asked for replacement from here but they were slow and the official website from gvb did it within 1 day soo i tried to cancel it its not working. I wrote two mails already they are not answering the mails, There is no number to contact them nothingg i’ve tried my best to do everything but nothinh is workinh its just terrible.
