You applied to us to send a termination letter, we have carried out this service nicely. Our site clearly states that there is a one-time fee for this. We do not receive the order unless the customer ticks all the checkboxes and clicks on the Cancellation with payment requirement.
I can assure you that we are a legitimate company.

Dreadful company.
I stupidly looked online to cancel my Vodafone.es contract and went with Metis. They said they would take all the hassle out of cancelling, for 30€. They sent me a copy of the letter they supposedly sent to Vodafone and that was it. Then I realised that Vodafone were still taking the money out. Despite several emails to Metis, nothing changed. I have just been to a Vodafone shop, only to be told I have to phone directly to cancel - even the shop couldn’t do it on my behalf! Utter waste of time and money - avoid!

At your request, we can resend the letter to the organisation free of charge. Moreover, if you wish, we can provide you with a copy of the letter or a proof of sending, with which you can prove to the organisation that you sent the letter

I used bymetis to cancel my subscription with Cv.nl . Didn’t know about the payment of 30 euros, i received the receipt after a while . However i paid it (30 euros) , and received a confirmation letter about the payment.
After a month i got a text message : a reminder to pay 44.5 euros and a warning of extra charges if not paid.
But why? I already paid the factuur sent me by e-mail and got a comfirmation.
I didn’t have any justification of this amount (44,5 euros) even didn’t received it by e-mail.
This unjustified amount will not be paid.
Scammers!

If you paid the charges on time, the extra charges are a mistake. It is possible that you did not or did not correctly include the matching attribute number when you made the payment which caused the payment to not come in correctly and therefore you are receiving extra charges. Scammed by Mentis
I'm new in the Netherlands and googled cancellation of FriendsLottery and this site came up. I didn't know better and did not understand the Dutch website so well.
It's ambiguous and doesn't say clearly that what they do has a cost involved.
They charge EURO30 for sending a cancellation letter to the FriendsLottery, which can be done free of charge with a phone call.
I emailed them almost immediately after clicking submit, when the information was finally showed clearly that its a Euro30 cost.
I had to Google to find their email address, because it was not offered readily/upfront.
They emailed me back 3 days later to say the cancellation letter was sent immediately - and so I owe them Euro30, also, they then asked me if I would like a payment plan.
What a cheek!!
Shame on you Metis - making money by scamming people!!!!!!!!!

Don't ever trust this site
Don't ever trust this site. They use AI generated email to fool consumers. They charge 30 euros for that. Even though u can just call them to cancel ur monthly subscription for free. They are using this to get free money. My mistake that I didn't read carefully about the agreement clauses. Don't recommend to anyone. The new age of thief.

Metis/Bymetis are threathening me
I am in the cob web of this firm because I was scammed into using a letter they infected my cancellation with a deal of a whole different firm that Metis/bymetis have no legal connection to.
In the proces of ending a subscription with a firm, Metis/bymetis pops up with a letter you need to use to make this cancellation, and while this infestation is investigated by me, to find out why it suddenly interferes with my business with a totally other firm, I follow the steps and before I know it, I have accepted a full blown SCAM from Metis/Bymetis, where they on my behalf have generated a letter priced about 200 dkk to end my connection with a totally different other firm.
I asked this other firm if they had engaged Metis/Bymetis to bo this work for them, and got the answer that this was just a scam and they had no deal with Metis/Bymetis.
Now I get nasty threats of payments from Metis/Bymetis every second or third day, and they are putting 100 dkk on the payment as an expence each time. THIS IS THEIR SCAM: they thrive on you not paying them, because this accumulates money for them to threathen you to pay.
I have reported Metis/Bymetis to the Police in Denmark and to the Ombudsmand both in the EU and Denmark. Be aware of METIS/BYMETIS they will infestate your life and try to SCAM you out of your money.
DONT PAY METIS/BYMETIS DONT HELP THEM SCAM YOU OR OTHERS! Report them to the Police and the Ombudsmand for the scam they are pulling online!
