Se anche voi avete ricevuto bollette moleste da questa società, non c'è da preoccuparsi, perché il loro sistema di fatturazione non è legale, come confermato dalla polizia e dagli avvocati. L'unica cosa che dovete fare è bloccare le loro e-mail e i loro messaggi di testo.
Ci sarà sicuramente una risposta sotto questo commento con la loro risposta illogica e inoltre non c'è bisogno di prestare attenzione, i loro termini e condizioni non hanno alcuna validità legale.

Scam! Ignore their invoices.
I cancelled my UNICEF subscription last year, where I was paying 15 euros a month in charity.
Then I get this 30 euro invoice from this company where they are charging me for sending a cancellation letter. I would never ever have agreed on paying 30 euros for such thing, never!
After trying to reason with the criminals, where their harassing me via emails over the holidays, I decide to talk to UNICEF where I'm told to just ignore them. Which I will do now.
They don't seem to have any legal claim. It's just absurd that they are allowed to operate this way.

This company lies and scam people. I wanted to cancel a subscription for a magazine, and they link this company, which is not clear. When i have filled out the form they dont say anything about money but when you press ok they say you will be charged with 30 euros. I directly contact them and they in WRITING tells me i wont have an invoice sent. Now they refuse even if they did nothing for me. They are charging for a service they did not do and that i did not ask for, and that they in WRITING told me they wouldnt execute. They do not follow the laws. A disgrace that you can do this to people who barley have enough to make it through

This company is a scam
This company is a complete scam and has already many complains in Sweden. They are tricking my mum into paying 40 euros even though she immediately cancelled AND they CONFIRMED via email they cancelled it. 1. They dont' show that they will charge you, they just say "we will send you an invoice". They don't follow the European law (cancelling within 14 days). They ultimately pretend to get you out of agreements and then lock you into one instead. STAY AWAY! They are shady.

... and it's apparently legal as well!! I haven't read the tiny letters that say you have to pay 30€ for a stupid cancellation that I could've done myself. Absolutely horrid, and I'm so sad that there are still people out there who make a ton of money scamming others.
I got an email about paying a few days later, after I had already forgotten about the cancellation. The team isn't really friendly eather.
I had a lot of stress because of this, and I'm sorry if you did too. :/

To ensure transparency, we ask for three confirmations on our order page: the general terms and conditions, the privacy statement, our rate and the fast processing time. In addition, our confirmation button is explicitly stated as "with payment obligation".
