Horrible company. They do not give any service and request money. They are not replying to the emails or automated responses. I don’t understand how comes they still exist. Please do not even check the website or be careful. They can charge you or request money for nothing.They claim they sent the letter but they don’t. I checked with the company if they received anything and they didn’t. I still pay to that company and this company requests money for the letter they never sent. I requested a tracking number I didn’t get. Just a horrible experience from beginning to the end. Do not even check the website. You can be charged.
As a reply to your answer; you never delivered the letter, you never replied to my requests and just ask me to pay something that I never even approved. I never experienced such a terrible experience.
