This company is the biggest FRAUD institution…
This company is the biggest corrupt and incompetent bunch of crooks. They never solved my problem of stopping a monthly payment. Subsequently a further few months money was taken from our bank account. Under the trade description act if a "product" does not do what it promises you are entitled to a refund or exchange of the faulty "product". Their product (cancelling a subscription) is faulty and therefore you should not have to pay their invoice. HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY and seek legal advise from a solicitor and fight them all the way. They are just BULLIES. Worst company in the world.Impossible to speak with anybody to seek a civilised conversation. They now have permanently closed their Maastricht office and it is not even possible to have a face to face communication. Do not get bullied and threatened by them sending the "duurwaarder" just keep all your communications with the company to prove you have tried to contact them to resolve the situation. Let them prove they REALLY sent a letter to the company you were trying to cancel your subscription with. it is their evidence against yours and if they cannot provide this document you are innocent. Innocent until proven guilty.

This website is a professional scam. They have designed their web pages to resemble those of companies like HVV, and if you're not careful, you can easily fall into their trap. What's interesting is that after requesting a cancellation, they send a confirmation, but after some time, they send another letter asking for a payment of 30 euros.
