Absolutely dreadful product

Absolutely dreadful product, not fit for purpose. If there was 0 stars I would have given it 0/5. It's so loud, really upsetting for my dog despite desensitizing him, it absolutely does not work, the brush does not stay on the device, the vibrations bump it off so it makes and even worse noise. Absolutely so thoroughly disappointed by this product that took over 2 weeks to arrive, they also use evri as a delivery method who are dreadful.

0 stars! SCAM. DO NOT BUY

If there was a way of saying 0 stars, I would. This product is a total scam. I'm furious with myself for falling for it. Do not buy! The vibrations are NOT soft and gentle as described. They are intense and terrifying. I even held it against one of my own teeth... and it was completely intolerable. I would not put any animal through this... or myself
The company are unhelpful and suggest that since the packaging has been opened, they will not refund. I am pursuing a complaint through PayPal and have reported them to Facebook and Instagram. This product is not fit for purpose. DO NOT BUY

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!

If you are considering purchasing this descaler then AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! It's a cheap piece of kit from China that isn't fit for any animal or human. If you've already purchased the item then simply REQUEST A CHARGEBACK from either PayPal or your card provider stating that the item 'is not as described'. I have now had my money refunded. Tiffany will try and be as charming and as helpful as possible with your concerns and urge you to close the PayPal case, in case it interferes with the delivery, return, or whatever. You must NOT do this as you won't be able to re-open the case. Don't worry whether you have opened the product or not as it's impossible to get a refund either way. If you try and return it you will be given a bizarre address in France, for which you will need a telephone number. 'Tiffany' (or whoever he or she really is) will then state that they don't have an operational telephone number, which they know full well will prevent you from returning the product. What legitimate company operates from a property in France with a bog-standard gmail email address and no telephone number! It's a complete con so avoid at all costs!!!

Do not order from this company

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering the descaler. Despite numerous emails the kit has not arrived. There is no response to emails and the chance of getting my money back is zero. Do not order from this company

ZERO STARS!

ZERO STARS!
I suppose I should think myself lucky for them sending me the wrong package! I didnt open it but asked for a refund after seeing all the awful reviews. It appears to be sold out of a room in France and you have to return it to France. This is impossible as they won't give you a telephone number as required by customs. I escalated a case with PayPal and have just received a full refund from PayPal.
I would suggest opening a case with PayPal even if you have opened the packaging...these people are SCAMMERS. DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT. What have you got to lose?

If I could choose zero stars I would!

If I could choose zero stars I would!! Absolute scam! Dog tooth descaler is utter crap!! It’s just a vibrating metal spike that bounces around off the dogs teeth! Dogs hate it! Does nothing apart from stress the dog! Only way to remove severe plaque is a trip to the vets! For mild plaque I would recommend emmi pet at the dog groomers!

Don't believe the money back guarantee!

Wish I had checked these reviews first! High pitched noise that leaves my dog running out the room let alone letting it near her teeth. Cannot return as I've removed the plastic wrapping. So please don't believe the money back guarantee if you aren't happy, it's total rubbish.

I so wish I'd read these reviews before…

I so wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased. The item came through the post less than an hour ago and it's already in the bin!
I was immediately wary when I saw the packaging which was very flimsy. Upon opening the packaging and removing the item it was evident that the descaler was very poor quality.
Next and most importantly was my dogs reaction - let's just say he was far, far from happy. He won't let me anywhere near him with this thing - and trust me when I say he's normally the calmest, most trusting of dogs. Even if he was more accepting, I honestly would not trust this descaler to offer a safe or healthy solution to improving your dogs dental health. Please save yourself the money and avoid this product.

FALSE ADVERTISING - money back guarantee useless

Big pitch about 100% Money Back Guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Opened the box, (had to remove the plastic wrapping) and took the (still wrapped) scraper from the box. Turned it on and moved it towards the dog, who fled in terror. Touched my nail to see if vibration was as bad as it sounded. It was, and this would NEVER work on my dog. First refusal was because I could use it as a manual scraper - £85RRP (always sold at a discount of some kind, but still VERY expensive for a manual scraper). Argued, and was told that as I'd removed the plastic wrapping of the box, they wouldn't take it back for hygiene reasons. Thus, it is IMPOSSIBLE to determine if you are satisfied without taking it out of the box. What happens to those that try it for a few days and then find it's not working - money is lost. Ergo, the advertising of 100% Money Back Guarantee is fraudulent.

Total Rubbish

Wish I had checked here first for reviews. Would give no stars if possible. Totally unsuitable for a dog’s mouth. It’s too noisy and, in my opinion, could damage your dog’s teeth and gums. Not worth trying to return after reading reviews on hear. Chucking in the bin.

Do not buy from this company at any cost

Do not buy from this company. False and misleading marketing and advertising. Contradicting conditions which makes any kind of return impossible so their 100% satisfaction guarantee is worthless as you aren’t able to return it if you open the box in anyway! The product is extremely poor quality and it makes a very high pitched noise which would scare any animal. Their website has 114 reviews stating a 4.9 star rating, but that’s only because they have deleted all negative reviews and only left the 25 more positive ones which are likely to be false anyway. Will be contacting trading standards with all the evidence obtained as this business needs closing down before they rip off so many more people.

SCAM SCAM SCAM.

SCAM SCAM SCAM.
They don't reply to emails for a very long time, and after I emailed them requesting a refund they replied suggesting that I train the dog to get used to the vibrating sound. Since then, I have emailed them again 4 times and finally I got a reply asking for a photo of the product. At this point it has been a month already. I sent them the photo of the product and I haven't heard back.

Their legal notice has two addresses one in Arab Emirates and another one in Ireland. Not sure why they call themselves "UK" as if they were based in the UK or claim to have a return address in California when they won't even accept returns unless for "unopened packages with the plastic wrap intact". I mean, how do you not open a package if you want to see the product......... just a bullsh*t company. Their logo is also a replica of PetLab Co which is a legit company. I wish I had done my research before wasting away my money.

Unbelievably disappointed

Really disappointed. My dog was terrified, I tried to return the dental cleaner after the company's various suggestions which included USING the cleaner but - AFTER A VERY DELAYED RESPONSE - I was told I could only do so if it was still wrapped in its plastic cover, unopened.
How on earth can you test a product without trying it first?
SHOCKING.

READ THIS BEFORE BUYING! BEWARE SCAM

Purchased the Canident tool for cleaning dogs teeth and it is bloody loud and I am in the dental profession and thought it would be quite quiet compared to the dental ulstrasonic. If your dog is bothered by a vacuum, hairdryer, electric toothtooth this is definitely not for you because this is way louder! After complaining to get the 14 day money return , they email and provide some tips to try, but even if all fails and you still want a refund they will not respond to your emails. Pay with Paypal and credit card and make sure you go though disputes and credit card chargebacks. I am going through the process and hopefully will get my money back.

The reviews on Facebook and Instagram look all fake as they are replicated on all their UK, AUS sites. All the profiles that respond appear fake with no friends or photos to show. They will delete and block you on their socials if you speak on their forums.
