TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM - At first I stopped my credit card payment because they were very late in getting the product with not much support. Because it arrived my credit card company went ahead and issued the money to them. Unfortunately, I didn't get to opening the box for a few weeks due to a family emergency but when I did there was no charger in the box, so no way to use the product. I tried to stop the payment again but it was too late. I contacted them numerous times to have them send me a new charger with absolutely zero response. Looks like I lost my money on this but after reading other comments this is a crappy product and not right for dogs anyway. I hope someone pays attention and puts them out of business. Also, originally I found this from an ad on Facebook and they have done nothing about removing it to my knowledge. After I complained, and I'm sure many others have, the ad keep appearing.

Terrible product

Terrible product. I’ve had it less than 3 weeks and the toothbrush head literally eroded in my dog’s mouth whilst cleaning. Emailed them, realised the customer email address is a gmail account, looked at instagram where I got the sponsored ad from that led me to buy and they have minimal followers and around 10 likes per post with zero comments. It’s 100% a scam. I’ve had no response to my email for a replacement/refund yet. Steer clear of this business. I don’t think I’ll be getting a refund on this £30 piece of tat!!

Buyer beware!!

Absolute rubbish. Save your money.
Cheap tat, the time point makes such a noise that my placid dog won't let me any where near her. There's no way I would put a pointed piece of vibrating metal in her mouth.
The toothbrush fitting does not secure itself to the base and just wizzes round.
You will not get a refund of you take the outer packaging of the box, it's a total scam.
Buyer beware!!

Scam company based from an apartment in France!

Firstly, the tooth scaler product they ship is not a pet product it is for humans, and is available for £10 from many local stores.
It took 3 weeks to arrive, and after discovering it was not a pet product I applied for a return and refund straight away. The return is made as complicated as possible, assumingly to put people off.
I fulfilled the returns criteria, but I never got a refund. That was 3 months ago.
They provide a personal address in France, and require proof of postage and delivery, so it's pricey, and then they do not refund any money.
UPDATE: As a result of posting this review I have now been offered my valid refund, but only if I remove this review first. That's not legal!

Customer service is very poor

Apparently no one answers customer support emails. I wrote 3x over the last 3 weeks and still no response. I ordered the descaler, which seems to work well but the toothbrush does not stay on. It's defective. Shipping was also very slow. My 14 day return option was probably lost in the 4 week shipment.

Dental scaler for dogs not fit for purpose

Purchased a dental scaler for dogs based on good customer reviews. The item arrived without issue but it does not remove tartar. On further investigation of reviews I found the company are attaching the same images to different customer reviews which gives the impression that these reviews are not from real customers. I emailed the company with evidence in the form of screenshots of the reviews with the same photographs and they have failed to reply.
