I would not trust this company again

I placed an order for Voltarol 12hour emulgel 100g and they sent me the ordinary emulgel p which is £4 cheaper but still charged the price of the 12hour one.When I complained they obviously didn't believe me because they then asked for pictures of the item & invoice which I was unable to do.When they offered to send me a FOC returns label I accepted, but guess what still waiting 8 days later.

I am sorry that you have not received the returns label we emailed you on the 8th June, we have resent it this afternoon and as soon as we receive the Voltarol emulgel we will dispatch the 12 hour gel to you ( see our T&Cs)
It is normal practise for us to ask for a photo of the items and the invoice so that we can internally audit our procedures, I am truly sorry that you felt we didn't trust you.

Thank you for the service you gave me.

when I was in your country I used the product for the headache and it made such a difference. When I came home I could not find anything that would work as fast and good. With away a concern dealing with a company in another country. However working with you I was handle professionally and fair and the whole process was safe, secure.and completed and fast delivery. Thank you so much it has made a difference.have a good day

I was very impressed with the service I received and will definitely use this company again.

The only reservation I have is the cost of the postage which was much more than the price of the item I ordered.
I would have been quite happy to wait a few days for delivery if the postage was cheaper.
Perhaps the company would consider offering customers a choice of delivery at varying prices.
I really did not need text messages telling me that my parcel was on the way and had been delivered though I am sure someone was doing their best to offer a good service.

We are aware that our postal charges are higher than some other on-line stores, but because we sell medicines the guidance states that we should have an audit trail from our premises to yours.
Medicines can be harmful if they get into the wrong hands.. this is why we use a tracked service for all of our orders

Very nice service

The product ordered was internationally sent and there was no problem witht it what so ever. Since it was a pafume, i really appreciate the fact that it was very nicely packed so that the product would arrive intact. Real great job and love the attention to detail. Will be a regular shopper from now on should i find more fragrances from Hugo Boss on your site. A+ service level.

Excellent website and service

Easy to order online via the website. Payment was simple. I was informed at each stage of the order process and delivery, which was within the specified timeframe. An excellent company. I would highly recommend.

Disappointed

I ordered a new supply of Haymine and order was rejected on grounds of "codeine restrictions". As far as I am aware there is no codeine in Haymine as, as I can only get 10 tablets at a time, it is necessary to re-order regularly. I cannot wait a month for a new supply and shall have to look elsewhere. My doctor is aware that I take this medication and I have been for over 15 years.

Order from my pharmacist

Good guys to deal with. Although stock not immediately available, kept me fully informed of position and delivery only slightly delayed. Hope the product is as good as the service. Would use again.
