Took advantage of their buy one get one free offer, which cost me £60. Wish I hadn't bothered as I think the pillows are total rubbish, all lumps and not very comfortable.

Took advantage of the bogof deal. Have had neck problems so the correct pillow is important. Everything great so far.

The customer service from my pillow was fantastic, all my questions were answered by a lovely lady called Francesca and the quality is superb, I would recommend to anyone.

Just want to let people know that the CEO of this company is a shameless Trump supporter. I personally wouldn't spend any money enriching this man.

DO NOT BUY BEWARE this product is a load of rubbish. They go flat through the night after been laid on them, you have to faff around fluffing them up all night and I still woke up with a bad neck!
I emailed customer services after only 1 week of having them, NO REPLY what a surprise! ABSOLUTE CON and a load of rubbish. I wish I'd never bought them and wasted £130 nearly. They dont even warrant 1 star!! I just want my money back but probably not going to get it judging by the no reply and other terrible reviews.

As I said before, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I was told in early January that two pillows which I bought in December and which were too soft for me could be swapped under their guarantee for firmer pillows. Since then, I have telephoned them again and again and sent four e-mails. Customer Service do not help: all they seem able to do is send a message to their head office, who then fail to contact me. Yesterday, Customer Service told me that now, I am past the 60 day guarantee period so will probably not be entitled to a refund. This despite the fact that I first contacted them well within the guarantee period and they have failed to contact me. Basically, My Pillow ignore you until the guarantee period has expired. I am not giving up but obviously would advise everyone NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY. Odd that most of the positive reviews are from the U.S., and seem to confuse pillows with politics. Most of the negative ones are from Great Britain. AVOID MyPillow.co.uk

Been shopping for a decent pillow for months. Even Debenhams had nothing firm enough. Thought I'd give My Pillow a go and selected their firmest option. After following the unpackaging instructions I can honestly say these are the most comfortable pillows I could have bought. I will be buying more to replace others without hesitation. Just to note, I called to chase my order and a very kind lady informed me that due to high demand there would be a slight delay. Great product and a great service. Highly recommended

Each of my family members have at least two of these pillows - love them - so comfortable and customizable - easy wash and dry:) we love MyPillow products - just ordered a dog bed too!

Overpriced rubbish, bought 2, took ages to arrive and when they did, I wish I'd just bought supermarket ones because at least you can try them in the shop.
Now being used as dog bed.
