My wife fell for incessant adverts…
My wife fell for the incessant adverts on radio and paid £60 for 2 pillows (BOGOF). She chose “ firm” option pillows. They arrived OK. But are rubbish. The pillow fabric is OK but the filling is just chips of memory foam, like the old 1970’s foam filled ones👎🏻 ( probably from off cuts of mattress and pillow production) they are not firm at all and the 2 pillows were very different even though should have been the same. This is a marketing exercise that shows you can sell any garbage if you advertise enough and “guarantee” them. Don’t buy them . They are rubbish. Go to Dunelm or similar and buy what you really want for a fraction of the cost.

Great pillows - slow delivery
We ordered two initially to try and the pillows themselves are top notch. First time the shipping time was ok. Ordered another two and the shipping time was closer to 10 working days. Excellent product, shame about the shipping and the tracking on the website is non existent.

I am writing this review to counteract my previous one of the 27/3. It's true I was not happy with the product as the pillow appeared to be too hard & lumpy but after contacting the customer service department I was offered a free returns & exchange for a pair of least filled pillows which I received yesterday & I have to say they worked like a dream!! I slept like a baby last night!! So I would def recommend the yellow least filled pillows if anyone is thinking of making a purchase. Also I would like to commend Francesca of their customer services department who could not have been more helpful. Thank you My Pillow!!!

Shocking do not buy .. all you get for £60 per pillow is chopped up bits of foam in a cheap see through pillow case .. worse nights sleep I ever had , sent back under 60 day guarantee and it costs you too ,nothing about them shouts quality or value for money

I ordered two of these pillows. Then it started. Incessant chasing 'where is my order' to them via a phone call. Unfortunately no goods that by the way I paid for weeks before. I'm STILL waiting. This is a company that appears to carry NO STOCK but then creates an order after you have paid. Its a worrying trend and one I have seen before. By the end of this week I'll be complaining to my credit card company to stop the payment. Bad service no matter how you look at them. Promised they were shipped a week ago. Say no more. Actually I will say more. They DID arrive, but sadly they were nothing like how they were described and my wife ended up with both of them. Best pillow to date? Tempur bar none - I bought one recently and it is as perfect as you can get...

Chronic Neck Pain
I bought 2 Pillows, as always I wanted to give this a chance and get used to it but after spending nearly 2 months sleeping on MyPillow I am waking each morning with terrible neck and back pain.
Very disappointed.

These pillows are THE BEST EVER - I purchased four and I have slept like I am floating on clouds - they are fabulous and I wish I could wear them!🤣 I have had a very painful neck but having used these pillows my neck is soo much better . I found the company delightful to deal with and the product is SUPERB ! Maybe others didn’t put them in a warm environment prior to use .

I took advantage of BOGOF. Yes, there was (just over) a two week wait. BUT, although at first the pillows appear a bit "Naff", the quality of my sleep has much improved, and the pillows are FAR more comfortable than with ANY other pillows previously purchased.
Awful quality and appalling customer…
Awful quality and appalling customer service. Ordered by my 82 year old father. Took 6 weeks to come, phone calls to company, who said they’d been despatched, but couldn’t say when. When they did arrive lost shape really quickly. Still trying to return under the 60 day guarantee. Told he has to pay for collection or for the return. Numerous calls to company and little in the way of progress. My advice would be to avoid like the plague.

The one star reviews on this company are all a pretty accurate reflection of my experience. Several emails, several calls to Customer Service, late delivery after cancellation of the order, promise of a refund that never came, promise of a collection that never happened and then I am told that they can't be collected, but that I have to pay to return the items. At this point I don't even trust that I will get a refund if I do and will be reporting this company to Trading Standards.

Shocking company
Shocking company, my 83 year old mum ordered pillows from mypillow following adverts in her daily paper and reading reviews from people who had actually received them. She placed her order on 22 Jan 2021, her payment was taken on 25 Jan 2021 but they still have not been delivered, despite paying the £7.00 delivery charge. I have now made 6 calls to the customer service team asking for a complaint to be made and also a refund, neither has been logged. It is quite unbelievable that this is how their customers are being treated! Really would not recommend them, and also reading other reviews it appears this is a regular occurrence. Am now waiting for call back...but dont feel that confident that I will receive one.
Dishonest Company That Keep Your Money
Never have I experienced such an awful company. First off, the pillows feel like they are filled with bits of cheap cotton balls. When I called to request their 60 day money-back guarantee, I was told that the returns department needed to call me back to arrange a return, and that this would be done within 24 hours. Every week, for 6 weeks, I called them and was told the same story. They have never called or sent me an email to commence the returns process. The 60 days has now passed and funnily enough, they now refuse. My bank has launched a reclaim case against My Pillow. DISHONEST and FRAUDULANT company.
Honestly the most comfortable pillow
Honestly the most comfortable pillow I have ever tried. I previously could never get my neck comfortable and I have spent a lot in the past on pillows that I was never happy with. The lesser fill is ideal for me and the medium fill suits my wife. The pillow feels light and airy but supports neck and head well. Thank you My Pillow! I think the product is excellent and it’s even made in The UK!

However and most importantly they are exceptionally comfortable. I followed the instructions and waited the required length of time as per the instructions. They arrive compressed and rolled up in plastic bags & need time to fluff up. They are in fact superbly supportive and comfortable pillows. A great product for a great nights sleep. Well worth the reduced offer price.
Not despatched, won't cancel or refund
Although website stated 1-3 working day delivery after 2 weeks still not arrived.
Have requested to cancel order but they have refused, even though they have not shipped my order and can't tell me when it will be received.
Seems to be several other similar complaints.
Any guarantees offered are worthless as if they are unable to ship the items you've paid for what chance have you got at getting a replacement processed?
Have contacted my card issuer to do a charge back.
I really hope this company goes bust, they do not deserve to be in business.

I purchased x2 my pillows taking advantage of the offer of buy one get one free and upon purchase they advise 5 working days for delivery. I purchased them on 01 March 2021 thinking great they’ll be here for the weekend having had no emails of confirmation or updates I saw the ad on the tv again as to where I previously saw this to place the order I rang the number on the screen the lady that answered stated that they are working to a 10 business day delivery currently why advertise 5 working days then am so miffed!!!!!!! Not a happy chap at all!!!!!!!
Scam company
This is a scam company with a scam offer, do NOT fall for it. How they are still trading in the UK is a complete mystery. All those who have been taken in, please complain to trading standards. Ordered the pillows on the basis of the guarantee. The pillows are rubbish, and as no return address is provided and they do not respond to any attempt to contact them you can't get your money back.
