An elderly relative bought us 2 pairs of the premium pillows as a gift. It took some time for a rather nasty “chemical” smell to abate. One of the pillows split not long after we started using them and it was then we found the filling was nothing more than shredded foam. It honestly looked like shredded offcuts. I remember buying cheap foam filled pillows like this for a fraction of the price these cost years ago.

I didn’t have the heart to send them back, that would have made my relative embarrassed at buying such a poor product. They went into the energy recovery skip at the dump for incineration and we bought muck better alternatives for less elsewhere.

Really poor quality and I was horrified when I saw the price.

I was about to make a purchase from MY PILLOW when I realised that the chairman/owner of your company and a Raving right wing Fantasist are one and the same. I have therefore cancelled my order and I would suggest that this man is something of a liability.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews because I for one couldn't be happier. In fact I've recently repeated my order twice over for friends and family and highly recommend everyone to try their pillows especially.

I get that the fill is unique and takes a few nights to get used to but after that, the premium pillows are amazing.

I've tried dozens of brands over years to find a comfortable pillow that stops me waking up with a sore neck and getting a good night's sleep and this is by far the best ever.

Pillows were like resting my head on fluffy clouds. Im a terrible sleeper however I've had really good nights sleep!

Lumpy pillow, agony after one night.
Still waiting refund after a month.

Awful nights sleep and the company is run by a maniac who believes silly nonsense. Avoid if you value sleep.

I recently purchased two pillows for my husband and I.
I ordered green and white ones which is equivalent to medium and firm. More like soft!!! Worst night sleep we have had in ages!! I had neck ache when I woke. Was so flat might as well not had a pillow under my head! don't recommend unless unlike a soft pillow comfy if you do!!

These pillows come shrink-wrapped. You unseal them and have to leave them from 48 to 76 hours to expand.

As one of mine was expanding one of the seams was coming undone and there was horrible white ripped shreds of foam falling out. It feels horrible and synthetic and crumbly. I have no idea what it is. If a pillow fully burst in your bedroom it would be covered in it, a child or pet could eat it by mistake.

I contacted customer support. They don't want to refund me, they want to exchange. After seeing what's inside these pillows I don't want to exchange. I don't know what the toxic possibly flammable muck is inside them. I don't want to sleep on it.

As the goods they have sent me are defective I am entitled under the UK Consumer Rights Act for MyPillow Ltd to send me a pre-paid returns postage label. Now they ignore me. Obviously they don't want to give me a postage label even though legally they must.

I shall open a dispute with Mastercard.

The retailer is normally responsible for the cost of any returns (as specified in the Consumer Contracts Regulations), but this depends on the terms and conditions of the retailer. However, you are not expected to pay for postage when returning faulty products (as explained above). The retailer must also collect the goods without charge if they have been delivered to your home and cannot reasonably be returned by post.

Absolutely appalling product quality and customer service.
We unfortunately assumed as it was advertised on Classic FM this would be a genuine, quality product.
What arrived in the post was something only fit for a 1970’s caravan, cheap, tacky and not fit for purpose.
The”Returns” procedure, basically felt like a scam, designed to delay and frustrate to the point of customers writing it off to experience.
I can only say and I know it’s a cliche, I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing.

Horrible nights sleep.

We bought one each. I couldn't use mine for longer than 10 minutes. My head felt horrible as if I was laying on a hard surface ( I bought the Medium weight ). I turned on my side and it felt like the pillow was being pressed hard into my face. Reverted to my old pillow so I could sleep. It could be suggested that I buy the 'least fill' pillow, but then surely that will be like any regular pillow.

My partner had a horrible night. Couldn't get comfortable on it at all. So we are sending them back.

Delivery was fast. Can't complain. But do find it odd that a return address seems to be intentionally missing from the website. Is that even legal ?

I think it unfair of people to complain about having to pay to return the pillows. It does state on the website returns are at buyers expense.

Who knows if it's true that over 5 million have been sold. However, how many of the 5 million have been returned ?

They feel weird to hold. I thought my husband had been scammed at first, but after trying one they're amazing. I don't know how they work but they work. I don't want to take my head off the pillow! So supportive and comfy!

The pillows arrived promptly. The pillows are the best I’ve ever owned. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Had years of trying other pillows before these.

Do not buy, if you are not happy they do not give you the full amount back. They keep the postage charge what you have paid, they take it off the refund amount.

The Mypillow pillow is a a very poor quality product. It is also far too expensive even on special offer. A better pillow can be bought much more cheaply in any high street bargain store. The advertising blurb claiming it has a "unique interlocking fill" is garbage! It is just filled with lumps of foam similar to that used in packaging. The individual pieces can be felt through the pillows thin cover. The pillow is far too soft and offers no support whatsoever. I chose the highest of the three fill levels on offer in the UK. Despite this my head sinks right down till it is level with the mattress. I will return it but unfortunately that will be at my own expense. Mypillow charge £7 for delivery, it cost me £4.20 to return it leaving me £11.20 out of pocket. They are also very slow to process refunds, it took 16 days & several e-mails before I received a refund. I wish I hadn't been stupid enough to believe the adverts.

My pillow doesn’t care about the customers once they have ur money. Back in September 2020 I placed an order for two yellow tag pillows which are the soft ones and two travel pillows. I gave one of each to my grandson
When I started to sleep on mine it had an odor. I called the co and they told me to send it back. I told them I needed the pillow to sleep so if they send me a replacement I will return the pillow with the odor. Well it is now 5/13/2021 and still no new pillow
I called them today asked for a supervisor I got Calvin explained I’m still waiting for my pillow
He said that they would send me one and I was to send the one with the odor back
I said beings I was so inconvenienced I should get another pillow free or get a refund of half the price of the pillow
Calvin said I could write to the company if I wanted to but they would give me no credit or anything for there carelessness

I would commend every aspect of my experience with My Pillow UK., from my contact with customer services, to the placement of my order and then the fast and efficient delivery. I was also enormously pleased with the quality of the Giza sheets. I would most certainly recommend My Pillow products, even though I tend not to read endorsements and this is my first review.

Very different from any other Pillow that I've used, somehow a cross between a feather and down pillow and a memory foam one - soft and comfortable, yet with support too.
The most comfortable and adaptable pillow I've ever used.

Poor quality. Soon goes very flat. My pillow don't return emails. Customer service very poor. Eventually received a refund.

I love this pillow. It really does work, I've actually been sleeping much better and love the way it forms around my head and it is so soft while giving support. I bought a small and a medium and the medium is my preferred choice. It's so good as I usually need 2 pillows but one pillow works perfectly. I like that they can be washed and tumble dried so this makes them good value and environmentally friendly as an not having to change and throw away as I would usually do. I would recommend these pillows.
