The pillows we ordered are our second…

The pillows we ordered are our second ones for when we wash our others. They are very comfortable and do what they say. If you have a problem it will be sorted straight away. I would strongly recommend them

Great products and excellent customer…

Great products and excellent customer service! When you call the office the team are really friendly and helpful. We had an issue that was resolved very quickly and with a far better outcome than we expected. A really lovely British company.

This must be the most uncomfortable…

This must be the most uncomfortable pillow I’ve ever used. Absolutely dreadful and so expensive.
The postage including return postage , cost me £12 so this was definitely not a good buy with full satisfaction guaranteed !

If you are lucky enough to read this before buying…STOP.

If you are lucky enough to read this BEFORE you purchase - STOP. Get some rocks from your garden - put them in a hessian sack and sleep on that instead. If it makes you feel any better you can throw £69.99 in the bin. Just don't give these crooks your money.

If you got conned the same as everyone else here then this is how it will go:

Once you realise just how awful these pillows are - even with the drier expansion method - the 72 hours waiting to expand and every other delaying tactic. And - yes -you WILL realise they are just awful pillows that you can get for a tenth the price elsewhere.

No problem - you contact them to return (You have to - the return address is not publicised on their site).

1. The initial contact will sound positive and responsive - they will say how disappointed they are and offer you another level of fill - DO NOT ACCEPT. I chose the highest level of Fill and yet they somehow offered me a "Exceptional request higher Fill". This is a delaying tactic - it does not reset the 60 day guarantee - they will also take quite some time to send this second fill. If you accept the 2nd fill you have just thrown your money away. They Win.

2. You will have to pay for the return but make VERY sure you photograph the pillow - wrap each one in clingfilm with the return label - then another return label in the box. Finally mark the box on each side / corner with a distinctive mark (E.g. a Star / Smiley face) and take pictures. They will say that some boxes arrive damaged and therefore we cannot process the return / refund. Hermes take a geo located pic of deliveries and since there will be SEVERAL boxes - yours will stand out if you mark it.

Finally if that does not work I hope you paid by credit card - I ended up doing a chargeback - and once I threatened that I again got a reply saying they would resolve - this is yet another delay tactic - You have 120 days to process a chargeback - don't let it go over this time - better 90 days. Good luck!

There is a special place in hell for these rip off merchants - and it involves them trying to sleep on their own God forsaken pillows for eternity.

I'm so fed up with the rubbish that we…

I'm so fed up with the rubbish that we have to listen to my pillows I perchased a couple and I have to be honest if I paid twenty quid they probably would have been what I expected but they feel like they have cut up an old sofa and stuffed it into an old pillow case all this rubbish about different sizes of foam of course it's going to be different sizes I'm just disappointed they are not great not even good they are just not value for money charge what it's worth I have some old pillows that these where supposed to replace not even my cats like them it's been several months since I wrote this review and can now confirm my initial experience just not nice to use I've cut my losses and recycled them

Save the trouble and aches

I really wanted to love them... but its impossible when you discover how surprisingly lumpy and uncomfortable they are. I persevered for a while, and finally gave up and attempted to send them back.

Which is when you discover just quite how much they don't want to talk to you, or honour the promised refund. 6 emails and 3 phone calls is what it took before somebody came back to me to provide information as simple as where to return them to under their guarantee. Which, by the way, doesn't include the postage, or return postage.

And actually, doesn't include the cost of the darn pillows either, as 3 months after sending the blasted things back, I'm still waiting for the refund.

Dreadful product, dreadful company, great moneymaking scam. Don't fall for it.

Rubbish pillows do not perform as…

The pillows do not perform as advertised. Total rip off. Very uncomfortable. No customer after sales service. Yes they will refund when returned but not the original postage of £7 nor the cost of returning the item. Don’t buy.

Do yourself a favour, buy some…..

I had purchased two pillows a while back and was absolutely delighted with them. My wife and I were sleeping like we haven’t before as I was always waking up with neck or/and headaches. These pillows changed that.
I have just ordered two more and after emailing the company I was delighted that they could supply me with pillows to suit my weight and height.
Excellent customer support and I’m a customer for life.

Absolutely love these pillows

Absolutely love these pillows, at first I wasn’t convinced but then after using them for a night or two I couldn’t be without them.

I have the green, yellow and white filling and find the white the most supportive & comfortable.

They are competitively priced as well especially if you wait for a promotion or code.

Ignore any negative reviews, these pillows won’t suit everybody. Who knows if they choose the correct density filling? With a 60 night No Quibble refund if you are Not Happy they shouldn’t really be leaving negative reviews surely? I’ve tried many pillows over the years, many way more expensive than MyPillow and I can assure you for the money they are amongst the best, it does take a few nights to adjust to them after coming from other pillows so give them a chance!

Disappointed after really looking forward to this......

I was really looking forward to getting this pillow and when it arrived I followed the instructions and left it for 72 hours to plump up, shook it and left it to sit. Had a feel of it and thought this feels like small pieces of foam that done even fill the cover of the pillow but surely it will be okay especially for what they cost even with the discount.... After the first nights sleep, I hated it but felt I needed to give it more time, after 3 nights I have had enough and returning it. My neck hurts and I feel exhausted from lack of sleep. Have emailed them today to ask for a return and awaiting a response.

Based on my own experience I would not buy these pillows

Based on my own experience I would not recommend purchasing these pillows. I have suffered from neck discomfort for years and decided to try one of these pillows. The trial period of sixty days was attractive to me because I reckoned it was a decent amount of time to try the pillow. However after approximately thirty days I decided to return it because it did not offer me the support I needed. I emailed the company requesting information re the return and was contacted by one of their staff who informed me that they had another pillow which had firmer support that they could send out when I had returned the first one. I agreed to give the second ( firmer fill) pillow a trial. Although it was marginally better than the first , it didn’t meet my needs either and I attempted to return it also within the 60 day trial period advertised. I was informed that I was not within the trial period limit and therefore they would not refund my money. When I explained I was within the time limit
for the second pillow, I was advised that the trial period was from the point of purchase of the first pillow. I argued that the second pillow was a completely new separate product and therefore should have a new separate trial period. However, nothing!
I then emailed the Customer Services Manager with a formal complaint and have not even received an acknowledgement. Their advertising is a scam. Do not purchase their products,

Do NOT buy!! The good reviews are not real.

This pillow is disgusting. It's chopped up bits of foam in a horrible synthetic casing. Sent straight back.
Worrying that the only good reviews on here are all done by people with only ONE review. They must have people actively trying to counteract the negative reviews to up their scores.

Absolutely awful cheap lumpy pillows

Ordered 2 MYPILLOWS through IDEAL WORLD shopping channel as promised to be the best most comfortable pillows and on the understanding that if not COMPLETELY satisfied I could return for a full refund I thought great no brainer! Arrived quickly but we found them extremely uncomfortable 😡 very lumpy, feels like lumps of odd shaped foam sticking in your face and too high even though we ordered for our body frame as advised, they look and feel like cheap pillows from a market stall. So after 20 mins of tossing and turning we went back to our old ones. Contacted IW the next day on the 19th August and was told returns were done Via MYPILLOW direct. I said they didn't say this during the show and who checks the returns process when purchasing pillows?!! repeatedly emailed MYPILLOW without response unless I get IW to contact them. When they did reply and I replied immediately back they still didn't respond back to my reply so again I had to go through IW. They finally agreed to take back and I paid recorded delivery and they were signed for on the 3rd Sept. Today is the 14th Sept and still no refund and no replies to my emails. ALWAYS check before when purchasing on these tv shows. They do not tell you this info during the sales pitch!. EDIT: The day I put up this review Im contacted and refunded and this review reported to Trustpilot by MYPILLOW.....coincidence? This review is honest and truthful.

I never ever sleep through the night

I never ever sleep through the night, then I saw My Pillow. I read reviews etc, thought they were expensive at first! After a chat with my partner, he said get them and he paid. I followed the instructions and the pillows plumped up lovely. The first few nights I was dubious, didn't feel any different from other 'so called' great pillows!! After the 5th night, I plumped them up, shook them and low and behold... I moulded my head in them, felt so relaxed.... and then realised I didn't need 2! So my partner was grateful that he got to keep one. The customer service I received was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional.

Best Pillow I have ever owned!!!

I have always had problems finding the correct pillows. Cheap supermarket pillows rarely last longer than a few weeks and never launder well. High-end branded pillows make bold claims that I have never matched my expectations until now! I have never slept better and the customer service I have received has been of a very professional and high standard. I ordered two white medium fill pillows for myself and my wife. The white was perfect for her but I felt I needed a firmer fill. On contacting customer services and speaking to a delight young lady by the name of Francesca, she explained that she would send me email to print return labels and I could exchange my white to green fill at no extra cost. This arrived in a timely manner as Francesca had advised and now the only problem I have is getting out of bed in the morning!!!

Rubbish claims.

I have delayed writing a review for some time to see if my opinion would change. I have to say after being married for over 40 years these are the worst pillows we have ever owned. All the claims about these pillows are not substantiated. There is no substance to the pillows and better value could be found at pound land shops. The price is a rip off and we will be changing them for new ones shortly.

Wonderful pillows!

Wonderful pillows!
I find it hard to understand the negative reviews we love our pillows so much.

I have a medium fill and my husband has a firm filled one.
Once the instructions had been followed after delivery they become so lovely, fluffy and comfortable.
We have found that after a few weeks the pillows are now perfect, just follow the instructions and shake each day.

The contact I had with customer services was brilliant, I had originally purchased 2 medium pillows but my husband found he needed a firmer filled one. I was emailed a return label for it and a firm filled pillow was sent soon after as requested. The lady couldn’t have done any more for us she was excellent, I wish more companies had this sort of customer care.

Excellent pillows!

I bought 4 medium fill pillows
They did arrive vacuum packed but following the instructions of putting in a tumble drier (I did 2 at a time) for 15 mins they fluffed up amazingly.

I have placed them in fairly thick M&S pillow protectors which I already had.

I love the pillows. I have a bad neck and have tried numerous pillows.
They are very soft but very supportive.
They do need fluffing up each day as the instructions state.

A few months in, 2 of the pillows seemed to collapse.

I emailed customer service who apologised and sent me a UPS printable label to return the pillows.

My replacement pillows arrived within a few days.

My experience of the company and the product has been exemplary.

As far as we are concerned

As far as we are concerned, just a load of foam chippings in a not even very thick cotton cover so that despite a pillow protector and pillow case you wake up with indents from the chippings on your face in the morning. Very disappointed. I will never fall for all that waffle on Ideal World again. Also, correct me if I am wrong but I think the My Pillow Customer Service lady I spoke to regarding returning our pillows was working from home because if they had been in the office, a professional environment, there might have been less attitude coming across on the phone???
