Took a month for my $50+ (including shipping and tax) pillow to arrive. The first night I found out my $6 pillow from Walmart is a better pillow. Needless to say I have ordered another pillow from a different company. Will never order anything from Mypillow again. It’s a big zero.

I ordered my mattress topper on May 5, 2025. I just received it yesterday. I wasn’t sure if I would receive it, but Mike finally delivered. This is the third King MyPillow topper I’ve ordered—one for myself and two children. It is an excellent product. I am praying Mike Lindell can revive his business…he has great products.

Ordered a mattress topper on Mother's Day. I expected slow shipping, but had to contact customer service after 3 weeks went by. I was told it would ship next day... then another week went by. I finally received a shipping notification, but even after ANOTHER week tracking still has not updated.

*Update, a shipping label was created June 6th, it is now June 25th and UPS hasn't even recieved the package yet!

After seeing the complete list of ingredients in Rev 7 there is no way I would put that crap in my body. It has artificial flavors along with Sucralose which is linked to cancer, inflammation and DNA damage. It’s interesting that the company does not show the complete list of ingredients in the advertising or on their website. It is almost like they are hiding it. You have to buy it to see what is in it.

Ordered two king size pillows over two weeks ago and they still have not shipped. Will not use again. Customer service says they cannot help.

We ordered special pillows for our great grandson. Shipping was supposed to be 10 to 14 business days. We got shipping info on the 14th day that they would be delivered on the 15th day. I called and spoke with Sara to check and was told they would refund the shipping fee and now the updated shipping time would be an additional week. When I tried to ask additional questions, Sara hung up on me. My Pillow should train their customer support people better. We are upset about the delivery time but we are also understanding to a point.

I got a really great price on the Giza cotton sheets. They are percale which are nice thick sheets. I've been looking for some that aren't so soft that they just crinkle and ruffle in the bed. These stay nice and firm and are like the old JCPenney sheets we used to buy. I got them for under $40, what a great buy. I would recommend anything from Mike Lindell My Pillow because he has good quality merchandise. So far we've ordered the bed topper the pillows the double bed sheets and now these new king size sheets. I couldn't be more pleased. I see that there are some bad reviews on here. I don't know why. I don't think My Pillow ships as fast as Amazon but it's worth waiting because the price is good.

Warranty fraud all products arnt 10yrs supposedly my purchase was a open box item even though shipping invoice didnt state that. Who the hell sells open sheets? Thats a shame i though they were new i guess i willnt be buying my pillow products anymore my pillow products seeing as it didnt even last two years and its not under warranty. Was purchased 9/22/23

This company has turned into a total scam. The size of the pillows have shrunk also the thickness is thinner. The owner obviously has cut corners to pay for his mounting legal bills,and the so called customer service people are just as dishonest as their boss.i was actually told that an advertised 12x18 pillow (that is actually 11x17)- “starts out as 12x18 before its sewn. “ with no explanation for reduced filling. they must all be on crack now. Shop elsewhere

It was advertised everything ships free no minimum. NOT TRUE!! They charged me $9+ to ship my sheets. Customer service was no help. They said $75 minimum for free shipping. New commercial says everything ships free. Bad business especially from him.

OMG! I Can't imagine a worst product. Had I known I would have bought a piece of Foam and Hacked the Hell out of it and threw it in a very thin pillow 😳 case!
It presently resides in my Cat's bed...she doesn't lay on it either.

I have ordered several sets of towels and bath sheets in the past and love them. They are thick, absorbent, large in size and so soft. I decided to treat myself and purge most of my old towels and buy more from MyPillow. The colors are terrific and exactly what I expected. However, they seemed so much thinner. After laundering them, I put a set of my old ones side by side with a set of the brand new ones and there is a clear difference. The pile is definitely shorter and they are thinner. This is truly disappointing because they didn't meet my expectations based on my previous experience.

I bought a pillow back in 2020 and it arrived promptly…. But I ordered a pillow 3 weeks ago and it still isn’t here. It took about 2.5 weeks just to ship! And it still hasn’t arrived.

I am still waiting for my order of a giza sheet set to arrive. I have called and was told 10-14 days to fulfill order, however they charged my account on the day of the order, no big deal except I still do not have a delivery date. I will never order from them again, I could have had $90 Peruvian sheets from Walmart in 3 days. So disapointed.

Received 4 Medium fill pillows and one soft fill all queen size. Also bought 6 body pillows for my brothers and sisters and they love them. These are the pillows that I get the best sleep on. They wash and dry well in the washer and. Dryer.
I also have a pair of MyPillow slippers which I can wear indoor and outdoor and they are reallly great for the bottom of my feet.
The pillow and bed sheets are awesome and are sooooo comfy.
Do yourself a favor and get the pillows and you will have a dreamy sleep!'

Disappointed. I ordered the classic pillow. It’s lumpy if it’s the only pillow I had I would use it but it’s not very comfortable. I am a maga person So know that this review is not politically motivated

Beware of the reviews for the percale sheets!! sheets are very stiff even after 4 washes, they WRINKLE like crazy, fitted sheet is way oversized and gathers under you (I have a very high mattress), the pillowcases are too big for the My Pillow pillows and its very uncomfortable sleeping on extra wrinkled fabric. You would think that my pillow pillowcases would fit the My Pillow pillows! The sheets are cold because of the stiff fabric. Not good for winter. Their customer service is bad and makes no compromises. And you have to pay to send the guaranteed product back. Mike Lindell boasts made in the USA but these sheets are not (my fault for not reading the fine print). I do not recommend

Cannot in good conscience continue to buy MyPillow when they fund fox news who directly support the fascist Trump government. For shame.

Lying deceitful crackheads running this company. Said my order was being shipped 3 days after I ordered. 3 weeks later they said apologies they didn't understand why it was taking so long and for all my trouble they were going to send me a free mattress topper. My order then shipped about 4 days later after I received that email. Then they sent me an email saying my order had shipped but the email that contained the part about a free mattress topper for all my trouble was gone out of my email list. They somehow replace the email that said they were going to give me a mattress topper with the email saying Big sale on mattress toppers. I don't know how they manipulated this or did it but believe me when I say it was done to me. By the way when they said my order had shipped it took 4 days to receive the Post Office receipt of the package. I am still waiting on the package. Apparently all the orders, emails and promises are going up in smoke when they take their crack breaks.

These 1-star reviews are OBVIOUSLY 100% politically motivated (notice how there are no 3 & 4-star? maybe like TWO 2-star lol? uh, that should tell u something).
I've been ordering these pillows for 10 years, ever since my parents got theirs & had never found any better. I concur. I loved both the standard and the upgraded premium (slightly larger- queen) size/types for holding its fluff for a side sleeper for years; and am maybe even more impressed by the little (foldable but always a perfect fluffy-firm) travel pillow! Ordering more now...just amazing.
In addition, I got a fantastic, unbelievably sale-priced pillow-top mattress cover a few years ago. It did take a week or so and initially it was a too-large size but cust. srvc was SO EXCELLENT, they immediately sent the right size in 2 days when notified; then said sending the other back was optional.:) It's like sleeping on HEAVEN.
Shame on these fake reviews grrr !!
