Scammers. Got an unwanted and unconscious "magic" subscription. Charged 45euros. They say theyre sending back the money in 7-10 days. Empty words in their email replies.

Did this happen through a purchase on Amazon or temu, i'm not sure. They are responsible too.

We thought to have purchased a product and ended up with a GOLD membership with the highest fee to be paid every 14 days, after a trial period of 3 days against €2,19. Unwanted membership which you can terminate after 14 days, so you will need to top op your credits before that. You can also request an immediate cancellation against a fee of €6,95. How generous. Paying for nothing. Ridiculous
As I see they take advantage of people via many different sites. Be careful.

SCAMMERS!!! These people are scammers.. they trick people with Zara products and after payment it turned to membership.when you chat them to resolve your issues they will unsubscribe you.

I recently placed an order through what seemed like a legitimate site, only to discover later that I had been signed up for an unwanted membership! There was no clear indication that my simple purchase would enroll me in a recurring payment plan. This is an unethical and deceptive practice designed to scam unsuspecting customers out of their hard-earned money.

Customer service was no help when I reached out to resolve the issue. They refused to refund the membership fees, and I had to jump through hoops just to cancel it. This company is taking advantage of people with misleading practices, and I urge everyone to stay far away. Don’t fall for their tricks like I did!

Great products, great company and excellent customer service.

Went onto site duallbeds.com and somehow ended up with a membership for this site. I contacted their customer service who kept reiterating I had signed up and would Not understand that I had not. I have reported as a scam site.

Update- Ayla called me and spoke through my complaint. They have now refunded me my money. However, the 41 emails back and forth to get this resolution was extremely frustrating. Ayla was very helpful.
