Buy from MyPrinterShop if you want very old expired ink
I ordered HP70 OEM Ink that was to be "Brand New" What arrived had tampered packaging and an expiry date 4.5 years ago meaning the product was at least 7 years old. Totally unacceptable.
Update of Nov 8.
Response from myprintershop.ca is untrue. They contacted me only to copy me in on a forward of my case somewhere internally. No "proposal" has been made. No refund has appeared on my credit card.
Update of Nov 12.
I have received a refund, but it was provided by Visa under their dispute mechanism on Nov 10. I call tell it was provided by Visa because it is backdated to the date of purchase, not "pending". I am happy Visa and TrustPilot (and Scamadviser.com who suggested I get the refund from Visa) have worked out for me.
I still believe myprintershop.ca is a scam because of the following additional lies:
1. Their website said the ink was in stock and would be shipped today - it was sent 12 days later
2. Their website claims 4.9 out of 5 star ratings, but you can't provide a rating on their website. TrustPilot shows 33% 1* ratings.
3. The ink wasn't in the OEM box with the hologram sticker and expiry date.
Obviously myprintershop.ca has had a lot of experience trying to smooth over irate customer complaints, but their responses to TrustPilot have also been lies, in my view.
Deal with myprintershop.ca at your own risk. I, and the other negative reviewers here have warned you.

Rated 4.9/5? According to who?
Thought these guys were good at first, but after my most recent experience, I take it back. I ordered a set of toner for my brother HL-L3290CDW and was nothing but disappointed. Not only did the toner not last for anywhere near the 3000/2300 page expectancy, but the quality was extremely poor. I have since switched back to genuine brother toner.
Also their guarantees are garbage, because when I contacted customer support they told me I could only be helped through email, so don't bother calling their hotline. As well, the support rep on the e-mails was not helpful at all. Basically I spent $150 to print a few hundred pages that looked like something the cat coughed up.
I really like how they claim they're rated 4.9/5, but there's nowhere to leave a rating, LOL! Who exactly rated them 4.9?
You get what you pay for I guess. Don't waste your money on these guys
UPDATE! After I left this review, they promptly contacted me. Apparently I was Suddenly important enough to help. After several emails suggesting things that I could do to make the poor knockoff toner work, they finally refunded me. I've added another star because I said I would if they refunded me for the poor product. While it was a meager attempt at customer service, they at least gave my money back, so I guess it's worth one more star.
That said, I'm sure their brand name products are okay, but I didn't bother ordering them because I decided to support a local business instead. It occurred to me I should have been doing this along. Lesson learned. Don't buy the $30 toner when the brand name is $100. Again, like I said before. You get what you pay for.
PS. I just noticed that they suddenly have a bunch of 5* reviews which are all from the same day and extremely vague in detail... Seems highly suspect.

I was hoping for great service from a Canadian company based in Montreal. Wrong. My order for printer parts took two weeks to arrive. They sent the wrong parts. I contacted them and waited for days for a response. I returned the incorrect parts and they resent me the "correct" parts, unfortunately the same wrong parts. I contacted them... waited for days for a response. I was told by a printer shop in Toronto that the parts they sent were not OEM. PrinterShop then told they "don't have the parts for my printer" and to return the parts for a refund. They made a partial refund within two weeks, after several requests for payment. A month later, I am still waiting for a full refund. This company seems to be suffering a serious management problem. I want to support them but until management changes, avoid the hassles.
I spoke to Sarah on the phone who was a breath of fresh air, empathetic and very helpful. Unfortunately she doesn't run the company.
So far so bad.

Addendum: Now a whole MONTH, no shipping info, no tracking number, nothing.

Buyer beware, they sell cheap products and have no customer service, I had a problem with and order I placed, reached out to them by phone and e-mail
but they did not respond, shipped my order despite it being wrong. The customer always has the last word, I am happy to say I will never have to deal with these aaaaaholes ever again!!!

I recently ordered an ink cartridge for my Epson 3880 printer. After receiving this product, it was obvious that the 'best before' date had been peeled off the box. Fortunately for me, the cartridge itself was inside a sealed bag and had not been opened. The 'best before' date on the cartridge was Feb,2011. This is 2019. The product was probably manufactured 10 years ago. Obviously, the ink was useless.

Visa charged but order never sent.
I ordered and was CHARGED for toner on Sept 30th. By Oct 3rd I still hadn't received notification of shipping so I sent them an email. On Oct 4th they responded, telling me that my items were backordered and my order " should ship out today." Would've been nice to know about the backorder when the order was placed, but at least the items will be shipped soon. So, naturally, I ask for an ETA. Oct 6 they tell me it was "shipped out complete yesterday." It's now Oct 16th. I haven't received ANY shipping notification, there's no sight of the toner I ordered, and yet I've been charged for the items almost 3 weeks ago. This is unacceptable. I've asked that my items get shipped today or an immediate refund. We'll see what happens...
** Nov 7, 2018 update **
I finally received the toner but they sent me a defective one. I then attempt to return it and they insist that I will get a replacement. I send them the necessary pictures and they inform me that my replacement will be sent the next business day. Three days later I get an email saying that they don't recognize the toner in the picture and would like more pictures. Yet another frustration! This is the toner that THEY sent ME. I've had The Worst customer service experience with the run around for a month of promising they'll send the product, not sending it, me following up, them still not sending it, me following up again, they tell me they'll send it from two warehouses, one being faulty, and now they've sent me an accusatory email re the very product they sent me. The saga continues...

Poor customer response time to phone calls to them.
I placed my first and only order with MyPrinterShop on Sept. 22, 2018. The items I ordered were indicated as In Stock.... NOT!! I left a message with them on Oct 6th inquiring about my order, but received no reply. I phoned again on Monday, Oct 8th and talked to the person who answered the phone and asked where my order was. I was told the OEM cartridges had to be ordered as they were not In Stock, and was told I should receive them on Thurs. Oct 11th, which I did. Upon opening the
parcel, I found 2 of the ink cartridges were NOT OEM Canon inks, but after market inks marked as OEM. One of the cartridges wasn't even in a box as they normally come, but in a plastic bag taped with Scotch Tape... the other was in a box marked as a Canon ink, but dated 10 YEARS OLD. I immediately phoned them, but only got their answering machine, and again left a message, but again received no call back. I left another message the next day, thanking them for their prompt service in replying to my calls. On doing a little investigation on this business,

Excellent prices
Excellent prices. I use their cartridges in my Epson Stylus Photo R1900 (pigment inks) and my HP Photosmart (dye sublimation). I get top results in both and with the HP, their cartridges provide crisp text without overspray. Their pigment inks for the Epson give results indistinguishable from the Epson inks. I use the Epson for photography. Their warranty also shines as I once had one problem HP ink cartridge which they replaced very quickly.
