There was a small issue with my promo code, I chatted with customer service through online chat, he was very quick to resolve my issue right away. Excellent service.

Aran was very helpful and made shopping online easier.
I did not receive my order and had trouble contacting support. I got a hold of Aran through live chat and he helped me so quickly by providing a replacement product immediately. Great customer support and quick to take action. I'm very happy with the prompt response and assistance. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Dominic on online chat 💬 helped me - the website advertised free shipping over $75 but did not apply the discount on check out - eventually got through to the agent who was helpful and arranged a refund me so full credit to the CS agent but the fact i still had to pay for shipping and wait for the refund is a bad customer service.
Lets wait and watch if i get the refund promised to me. Will update once i get it

Worst e-commerce shopping i have done in my lifetime. Scored a good deal on black friday after waiting so long and browsing every hour for the best offers.
After 15 days my order was to be delivered. Tracking showed only dispatched and label created even after two weeks .I tried contacting them. Support said will take time as holidays and delays happen all the time.
So difficult to contact as no helpline number or inactive. And emails are super slow like early 2000’s
So 30 days now . Order still just created no update same status. Now it’s my 5th email. They never reply what you ask in email . Rather they just reply anything. So they ask would you like a new order or a refund. I requested a new order as i scored a deal on black friday.
And then they reply .Your order has been refunded.
Took so much of my effort and all the do is nothing .i have never in my life had suck poor experience. They really dont care as they have enough customers but this is not the way to do business. Dishonest customer service. Never in my life I’ll shop or let any of my friends family colleges spend a dime on Myprotein canada unless they decide to improve my experience any way possible. I’ll better buy expensive from another site rather from this stupid shop.
