Website needs review

The customer service is good, however, of late the products have not been reaching their destinations and have been out of stock or cancelled. It would be nice for the website to reflect items that are not in stock before they are ordered. I had an order that was waiting over 6 months before I had to cancel the item myself.

Aran was a great help

Aran was a great help! They were very informative and were able to help me resolve my issue with my order in no time. After orignnally trying to get assistance through the message setting on my account, no help was really given. Once entering the live chat and speaking with Aran, my issue was resolved in a matter of a few minutes. Thank you Aran, you are a great help and deserve the best!
