Ordered on 28/8 and still not received my order. I have chased them up and although they said they’d look into it I’ve heard nothing. Previously very happy with their service as products turned up on time but I will not be using them again.

Very sorry to give 1 star, I order with them since years and this will be the last time. No sign of my order after more than 1 month. Avoid them as they do not have a Brexit plan in place, or at least a working one. Products are being shipped from the UK (not from EU as they state) and get locked in customs forever (I am based in Ireland).
I have requested a full refund multiple times, but they do not reply. If you are based in Ireland consider reporting them to CCPC.

Bought a couple items of clothing and a pack of protein bars. The quality of the clothing wasn't the best so I ended up returning most of them, save for a T-shirt. However, the T-shirt has already started fraying even though it's been only about a month.
Protein bars were edible but wasn't particularly blown away by it.
Overall, service-wise I didn't have too many issues. Everything arrived promptly and it wasn't difficult to return the items (though I'm still waiting for the refund to appear on my account). Just the products themselves aren't much to get excited about. You can likely find better quality elsewhere, especially in terms of fitness clothing.

Love their protein powder, one of the best I've found. Only downside is their resealable bags do not reseal easily.
First of all, there are a lot of myproteins out there on trustpilot... This is for the UK based please don't be fooled by looking up .com or .Ng, .NK or the many ohers......
Anyhoos, if I could give 0 stars for myprotein UK I would. Although I would give 5 stars for outstandingly stubborn incompetence and the most obnoxious customer service I have ever received. I have bought from myprotein a few times (due to 50% discount for emergency workers) and it has always been a hit or a miss, but even 50% off inflated prices is not enough to entice me back after this latest scenario.
I returned t shirts on the 7th August which were too small..(as I said, always a hit or miss, that includes inconsistent sizing on the same items) and am still awaiting refund. I have contacted them several times supplying the photo of recipient signiture and the tracking number...NV415612889GB...(feel free to try it) which proves they received the items on the 10th. They still say they haven't despite sending them the proof 4 times.
Now it's not a lot of money, (around 40 quid) but they obviously don't intend to or want to give a refund. So basically I am now out of pocket by the cost of t shirt plus 12 quid postage to receive and to send back to them.
I should've listen to my colleagues who have had similar experiences with them.
I used to love MyProtein, but my most recent experience was horrible enough to make me dislike the brand.
I ordered some products on the 27th of May with a next day delivery. Up until today the order hasn't arrived. After I myself had to investigate the situation I found out that the order was "lost in transit" by the "very capable" Hermes. And of course that's not all. Their customer services is laughable. I was getting unhelpful two sentences replies every other day.
This was THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I have ever had.
I won't be buying from them EVER again.
Ordered on 4th May, dispatched within 3 days but no sign of order 2 weeks later. Customer service told me if it doesn't arrive within 10 days to let them know so they can "escalate." Not good enough.
Spend your money on other companies like B_nd, Protein Works, Women’s Best anywhere else but here. The product I received is due to expire shortly. The other bottles I received had a further expiration date. When I addressed this customer services failed to respond within the timeframe they provided and advised that a few months was enough to consume this product in it’s entirety. If you want decent customer service this company is not the one for you.
Been a loyal customer for a long time but not anymore. I'll be using other places for my products. Ordered on the 24th May and still haven't received anything. I ask for updates but all I get is a lazy response saying still investigating. No service recovery and poor customer service experience. I ask whether they can resend the products and I got ignored. Lost my trust for Myprotein.
I have been a loyal customer of Myprotein for almost 15 years. I have spent thousands of pounds on their supplements and have genally been happy with them until recently. The products are no frills and great for those that dont get suckered into the heavily marketed rubbish filling 80% of all health shops.
However recently I have placed orders that have been wrong and a month ago I placed an order of nealry £200 (not including discount) which has completely disappeared. The cheap delivery companies that they use are not fit for purpose and you are lucky to receive a parcel to your door anymore.
My protein have contacted the Hermes and say the package was delievered - it WASN'T. I can now not get a response from Myprotein for over 2 weeks even though I email them every 2 days for an update.
You would think after ££££ and 15 years loyal custom they would take my word over a substandard delivery service and send me the products I ordered ready for my holiday this week....a month now..... Discusting.
The company is lowering costs and now the delivering service is much worse. The cheap delivering companies used by MYPROTEIN do not serve the order packets on the client address anymore, and the client has to travel to a pick up point normally too far from client home.
My monthly go to provider, best products at best prices!
