I’m obsessed with Myrah’s clothing! I have made several purchases over the past two years, and they are by far my favorite items in my wardrobe, I live in them. The quality of each piece is stunning, beautifully made and unique.

I’m in Canada, delivery was around 2 weeks, always easy purchase and delivery process.

I can’t recommend Myrah Penaloza enough, would give her 10 stars.

The clothes are incredible, the fabrics are high quality, it fits great, and I’ve had mine for years and it’s still in great shape. I love the feel of the store when you walk in and the owners are incredible human beings, highly recommend!

Love these clothes. Been a super fan since 2015 and every piece I have I wear frequently and love. Quality is beautiful. Natural fabrics. Hold up well. The vibe is comfortable, but elegant and put-together. I love the shapes and lines of Myrah’s designs. I also love how these clothes are not mass mass mass produced and generic. You can feel real artistry, creativity, energy, and care in them.

The prompt, attentive and excellent customer service.
My questions were answered immediately and I wanted to buy more because of this.
Their pieces are unique and the quality impeccable.

I bought my wife the Kuan Yin Playsuit (100% silk, botanically dyed) and she absolutely loves it. The fabric feels luxury and the fit is beautiful. You can tell it’s made with real care. Highly recommend!

i wish i would have read these reviews before purchasing. I've been waiting 1 month and no one is responding to my emails, I'm sure i also got scammed. I'm going to call my credit card company and dispute. this sucks that there are still people scamming hard working people, i hope they get their "karma" since they say their company is rooted on spirituality. this is sad

Item took over a month to ship, and poor quality fabric (compared to previous purchases that were good quality).

DO NOT ORDER - seriously, absolute SCAM! I ordered an outfit, took two months, but did arrive. The quality was very different from what was pictured so I asked about exchanging and they said for me to send it back, and I had to pay to send it back, so I stupidly did and provided the receipt and tracking, then nothing. I filed a dispute and suddenly they email claiming they are refunding me. Lies. They never refunded me and are now fighting the dispute even though I have evidence of sending the clothes back, proof of delivery, and no communication.

Absolutely terrible. Scam of a company. Does not disclose that the items are not made or on hand and never updates shipping. I sent several emails and it wasn’t until I told them I was reporting g them as a scam that they responded and told me they hadn’t made the item yet. I told them to cancel the order as this was not disclosed or agreed upon. They refused. They still have my money and no item. They also ignore emails. I am file for fraud charges against my credit card and filing a small claims suit. Be aware their are Canadian based, not Bali or Florida as their social media claims.

please dont order from this shop. for a brand that claims spirituality this is a scam. do not order! they do not deliver it! placed my order two months ago, the customer service is non responsive. they will just steal your money and the worst they dont refund for non deliver. what a shame!

I deeply regret purchasing from Myrah Penaloza. After weeks of waiting for my $420 order, I still have not received my items. The company’s communication is abysmal—my inquiries about the package status went unanswered, and their support team was utterly unhelpful. To make matters worse, I was asked to pay over $200 in duties, which they later admitted was an error and should have been $20. When I insisted they resolve this with DHL, as I’m the customer and shouldn’t be tasked with fixing their mistakes, they failed to follow up. The final straw was receiving a tone-deaf email from the CEO asking how I was enjoying my items—items I never received! This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is shocking. Like others have noted, the company’s practices feel deceptive, with unclear shipping timelines and unexpected fees. I will never shop here again and strongly advise others to steer clear to avoid similar frustration and financial loss.

I’ve already done a review but feel I have been far too kind. Stupidly used my own money to send an item back they mistakenly sent me, that I did not order, that seemed oddly cheap and awful. Some sort of weird scam??? I was assured that I would be refunded postage for returning. Well, you guessed it thats a big no to refund. I have tried to contact them but just get flooded with a pile of spiritual bypassing/ virtue signalling and other forms of weirdness. Not worth it. Stay away.

Do not buy. Bad customer service and bad products. Products are flimsy and rip apart easily.

The customer service was amazing!! My original purchase was really delayed and I was really disappointed, I let customer service know - they listened - they understood - offered me a discount and promised expedited shipping if I remained loyal and my next purchase was discounted and arrived rapidly.

I love their garments and the fabrics are natural and high quality I have 6 pieces and would buy more - I always get compliments while feeling comfortable and good about wearing natural materials.

TLDR: This is a family-owned business made ethically in Bali - not Amazon overnight delivery. Be patient and when your clothes arrive, you'll realize it was worth the wait. Myrah's designs make me love being a woman.

The story: I hadn't ordered from Myrah since around 2020, so out of curiosity, I googled reviews and was shocked to find these negative reviews on Trust Pilot as I had zero issues with my first order. Having already placed my second order, I figured I'd wait and see what happened. Myrah's team immediately sent an email sharing how long it may take to get my pieces. This wasn't a need for me; it was a want, so I didn't mind a long wait. Even so, my beautiful dress arrived in less than two weeks - from Bali to the southeastern US.

I sympathize with those who have had issues with their order and hope they are resolved. However, as a small business owner myself, I feel compelled to leave a review sharing how wonderful my experience was and how much I love Myrah's clothes. They are the absolute essence of womanhood and femininity.

If you need something delivered tomorrow, check Amazon. If you want something ethically made and you'll keep for years if not a lifetime, buy from Myrah Penaloza.

I ordered several items 554.50$ beginning of Feb 2024 and still nothing. Sent customer support several emails asking for status and ignored. Filed a case thru PayPal and received a DHL tracking number stating my items would leave Bali by 3-16. Today’s date is 4-16-24 and that tracking number has had no movement . Never ever again. I ordered from them before and knew about the 6 week policy but for my order to be over 2.5 months old and nothing is UNACCEPTABLE! Never ever again !!!!!!

Oh my goodness. I've admired Myrahpenaloza for years & finally purchased 3 items early Dec & spent over 1k to only now read these reviews. At no point did i realise I was purchasing 'made to order' & be waiting 6 weeks or more. On instagram she promotes items as 'back in stock' & she also has sale stock, so unsure how all items are 'made to order' & delayed 28 days plus. I've requested a full refund & chasing this but noone is responding. I'm now writing of my experience on her Instagram posts, in warning others & hoping someone will just refund me to go away. As I will keep writing on her posts until I am refunded. I am shocked & so disappointed. I've not come across scam businesses like this. But encouraging each of us to write on her Instagram posts to warn others + raise awareness that they a) mislead customers & b) stall their response to customer enquiries, as them dragging out any kind of resolution minimises our channels of getting our money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM!!! After reading several other reviews and seeing the
same thing happen to other people about their orders, I am absolutely shocked! I placed an order on July 17th, on July 28th I reached out for order updates as I had not had any order updates. They emailed back and said this order will be SHIPPED END OF AUGUST. I told them to cancel this order because they DID NOT DISCLOSE THAT ITEMS ARE PRE ORDER!!! Olivia from support then emailed back and told me my order cannot be cancelled because they have a 24 hour cancellation policy. At the end of august I reached out again and asked for an order update, she then told me my order would be shipped 2ND WEEK OF SEPTEMBER!! I responded and said i’m super frustrated because they did not disclose this was a pre order item and I have waited over a month for it and I again asked her to cancel this order. She then told me that my order would be shipped 3RD WEEK OF SEPTEMBER. So 3 different times they gave me for when my item would be shipped. This is an absolute joke of a company. I’ll be having my charges disputed on my account for fraud.

This company is a scam. I had very similar experiences to the ones described by others. I should have used their cancellation policy as a huge warning on how they do business. I have sent 7+ emails to the company to track progress on my order as they have not communicated anything helpful. Then they stopped responding to messages. If this is how they treat customers, how do they treat their employees? They told me the same thing described here, production issues, my items made it to quality control. It has been over two months. Of course as soon as they are reported to my credit card platform and their payment platform, they are pretending to magically make progress on my order to hold onto my money. They do no live by a single value they preach. I have never had such a terrible experience. I placed my order over two months ago and have nothing to show for it. I do not think they ever intended to try to send anything, but we’re happy accept my money to plan their family vacations and create inauthentic Instagram content. DO NOT GIVE THEN MONEY, unless you are into making donations to families. It’s pretty wild that they are able to stay on such a reputable payment platform with the way they do business.
