What a horrible experience. I started on injections and was finally having results after trying several different weight loss meds and spending thousands. I live between two locations and have had the prescriptions shipped to wherever I will be located and never had an issue. Now, that I actually found something that worked and paid $565/ month to have the drug, they shipped my meds to the wrong location and now, are not only ghosting myself, but my clinician, Catherine, who incidentally has been wonderful . Customer service is ignoring her as well, even though I was charged for the incorrectly shipped item, I have proof that they were notified and recognized the change in shipping and the clinician has been in touch. I've left voicemails, sent emails and been on the chat bot, all with absolutely no results. There are many companies who provide these products. Steer clear of Rocky. I'll be writing this review on all of my social media pages as well. I NEVER do this, as my business depends on good reviews. But this is the most unprofessional, unacceptable and health altering experience I've ever had.
UPDATE:
After writing this review I was contacted by a customer service manager who was very apologetic and helpful. They refunded the order that was lost and sent my prescription to my local pharmacy. I was able to fill the prescription, after paying $140 less than with Rocky. What started as a process that was supposed to be convenient, is not. So I cancelled my subscription and will continue with a new physician and my local pharmacy.
I am grateful that, at least, someone finally got back to me.

TRANSFER YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS OUT WHILE YOU CAN.
Despite local and federal laws prohibiting the practice (in Ontario), Rocky refuses to transfer my prescription to a local pharmacy for filling or let me see what it is unless I fill my script with their pharmacy
After a consult with a clinician the e-script was sent to Rocky's pharmacy automatically and an order was generated. After seeing the cost, I decided to fill it at a local, cheaper pharmacy.
Customer service initially acted as if the prescription didn't exist, then stated that it wasn't "attached". They then required that I pay $40 for the clinician to issue a new script to my pharmacy. A previous CS quoted me $60 making the whole situation seem like a last ditch cash grab.
TLDR: They pressure and intentionally try to mislead you about your prescriptions to get you to use their pharmacy.
UPDATE: Their pharmacy accepted the order confirming receipt of the prescription. Only after they failed to charge the credit card on file due to it being expired they change it up requesting fees that were not disclosed upfront. Customer support also stated that the transferred prescription would have reduced refills from the prescribed amount (?????).
They can and will disable communications with your clinician if you raise issues with them (as I have done) putting you at risk and without medical care if you encounter any adverse side effects occur from their meds.
Do not trust this company for your medical needs. Will be moving on to Felix health and filing reports to the CNO and OCP on their violations of patient choice, ongoing access to care and unethical billing policies. I suggest anyone else with similar issues to do the same.
