Buyer beware. Will threaten you.

Buyer beware. Will threaten you with legal action if you dispute a $60 service charge where NO services were provided (after months of payment). Do not trust these kinds of people with your health. Awful.

"As outlined in prior communications, our investigation confirmed that:

You authorized the transaction through your verified Rocky Health account;

You accepted the Terms & Conditions, including all billing policies;

The services associated with the transaction were fully and properly delivered; and

No valid grounds existed for any dispute or chargeback.

Your bank’s prior reversal of this legitimately authorized transaction resulted in an improper benefit and a breach of contract. That matter has now been corrected through the repayment that we have received.

Please be advised that any attempt to dispute, reverse, or otherwise interfere with this repayment– including initiating another chargeback or contesting the payment with your financial institution– will result in immediate escalation without further notice. This includes:

Transfer of your file to an external collections agency;

Commencement of civil proceedings to recover all amounts, administrative fees, damages, and legal costs; and

Where appropriate, referral to law-enforcement authorities for review under section 380 of the Criminal Code of Canada.

Filing a false dispute or attempting to reclaim funds for services knowingly received may constitute fraud under section 380 of the Criminal Code of Canada, which carries potential penalties of up to two (2) years of imprisonment upon conviction.

Rocky Health maintains comprehensive, time-stamped evidence–including identity verification logs, payment authorization records, platform activity, service records, and all communications–which will be provided to the appropriate parties should enforcement actions become necessary.

If you believe this notice has been issued in error, you must respond directly to this email within five (5) business days. Failure to respond will be taken as acknowledgment of this notice and agreement to its terms."

As outlined in our terms, the $60 monthly program fee is a platform fee that applies to all members enrolled in the Weight Loss Program. It covers access to the prescribing clinician, pharmacist oversight, secure medical messaging, and the operational and regulatory work required to safely support treatment - including medical review, ongoing eligibility assessments, and monthly prescription issuance.

In this case, the subscription was not paused or cancelled prior to renewal, and a chargeback was filed even though the fee was applied in accordance with the program terms, which our team reviewed and escalated accordingly.

This company is a SCAM. Please do yourself a favour and avoid them

This company has claimed to have reached out but I have received 0 emails & 0 phone calls from them, yet the number of spam / scams calls I get skyrocketed since though! My physical letters have gone unanswered as well. Do not trust them with any of your personal, medical, or financial information.

Perfect customer service

I had the pleasure of chatting with Ellaine V. who responded quickly and professionally.
When asked about fees for cancelling or subscription, Ellaine advised that there were no fees and that I could pause the subscription until I am ready to order again.

They placed an order automatically and redeemed the money

They placed an order automatically and withdrew money from my bank account. I called, emailed, and messaged them on their website within two hours, but no one responded.

When they finally answered the next day, the customer service representative was polite but kept insisting that they do not offer refunds, without properly addressing the situation.

very poor customer service

very poor customer service. I had been charged for a prescription before a Dr reveiwed it. I decided a few hours after my order that I wanted to cancel it, so I emailed and called t them multiple times and after 5 days I finally got a response saying that it was too late to cancel becasue it was already being processed. Somehow by them not answering my emails and phone calls they think they have the right to charge my card and get away with it. Its too bad because I had multiple products that I was buying from them on a recurring basis. I have cancelled those products and have taken my business elsewhere. Really sucks because I really enjoyed using their products.
