The website was slightly janky to navigate and I was unable to execute the functions that I meant too (create a new order and pay for it) but upon requesting help via their chat box I was connected with a real operator almost immediately who was very helpful and fast in performing the functions.

Buyer beware. Will threaten you with legal action if you dispute a $60 service charge where NO services were provided (after months of payment). Do not trust these kinds of people with your health. Awful.
"As outlined in prior communications, our investigation confirmed that:
You authorized the transaction through your verified Rocky Health account;
You accepted the Terms & Conditions, including all billing policies;
The services associated with the transaction were fully and properly delivered; and
No valid grounds existed for any dispute or chargeback.
Your bank’s prior reversal of this legitimately authorized transaction resulted in an improper benefit and a breach of contract. That matter has now been corrected through the repayment that we have received.
Please be advised that any attempt to dispute, reverse, or otherwise interfere with this repayment– including initiating another chargeback or contesting the payment with your financial institution– will result in immediate escalation without further notice. This includes:
Transfer of your file to an external collections agency;
Commencement of civil proceedings to recover all amounts, administrative fees, damages, and legal costs; and
Where appropriate, referral to law-enforcement authorities for review under section 380 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
Filing a false dispute or attempting to reclaim funds for services knowingly received may constitute fraud under section 380 of the Criminal Code of Canada, which carries potential penalties of up to two (2) years of imprisonment upon conviction.
Rocky Health maintains comprehensive, time-stamped evidence–including identity verification logs, payment authorization records, platform activity, service records, and all communications–which will be provided to the appropriate parties should enforcement actions become necessary.
If you believe this notice has been issued in error, you must respond directly to this email within five (5) business days. Failure to respond will be taken as acknowledgment of this notice and agreement to its terms."
