I had difficulty retrieving a discount…

I contacted Rocky’s customer service on…

I contacted Rocky’s customer service on Saturday to cancel my order and explained that I no longer needed the medication. They replied saying it couldn’t be canceled or refunded because it was already “processed.”
Now it’s Wednesday, and I just received an email saying the order is only now on its way. That makes no sense. There was plenty of time on Monday and Tuesday to adjust or stop the shipment.
This feels misleading and frustrating. On top of that, I still haven’t even received the order.
Very disappointing experience. I won’t be using this service again.
