Myrqvist began its journey in 2016 with a clear vision: to craft quality footwear with a timeless design at a reasonable price. Our aim was to create shoes that could withstand the test of time and trends.

While all of our design work is done at our headquarters in Stockholm, our shoes are assembled by experienced artisans in Portugal, with whom we have long-standing relationships. Scandinavian design, attention to the finest details, and the use of top-quality materials from the best tanneries in the world are at the core of our business. Unfortunate experience

I ordered 2 pair of shoes twice. Both times the shoes were completely unwearable, either way too big or way too small. Additionally, the leather was either incredibly hard or super soft (likely a product of the leather used). The soft ones felt really cheap.

The customer service however was amazing and very forthcoming.

It really is too bad, because I’ve hear such good things about the brand.

That the product quality of Myrqvist is top notch and their communication procedures convenient and helpful

My experience relates to the return of a product due to my change of mind.
The communication was excellent and swift and the return procedure was executed smoothly and flawlessly.
Myrqvist offered me a voucher of an amount higher than the one I was charged and were willing to replace it with a refund after my request.
Overall an excellent purchase, return and refund experience.
In addition the quality of the product I received was of top quality.
I will definitely return as customer to Myrqvist.

Bad quality and bad size fit

Hi,
The metal buckles are already rusting after not even a month of use.
The sizing system wasn’t good, I followed all the steps but still the shoes are half a size too big.
I really don’t recommend

Tariffs no longer an issue

Shipping time to the U.S. was reasonable. The order was packaged and shipped within two days, spent a few days in the Netherlands, and arrived in about 10 days total. The website stated that all taxes and tariffs were included, but I still received a $27 bill from FedEx for U.S. import fees afterward. So just a heads‑up — not all charges may be included, and you should factor that into the total cost. Update - the tariffs per FedEx were no longer owed. Not sure what’s going on but sounds like it resolved itself.
