Myrqvist began its journey in 2016 with a clear vision: to craft quality footwear with a timeless design at a reasonable price. Our aim was to create shoes that could withstand the test of time and trends.

While all of our design work is done at our headquarters in Stockholm, our shoes are assembled by experienced artisans in Portugal, with whom we have long-standing relationships. We choose not to add hefty margins, keeping our prices representative of the craftsmanship involved. This results in what we like to call premium footwear without the premium price tag.

Scandinavian design, attention to the finest details, and the use of top-quality materials from the best tanneries in the world are at the core of our business. Thanks to these principles, we were awarded the title of fastest-growing footwear brand in Sweden in 2020. Though we cherish our Scandinavian heritage, our shoes are now worn on every continent, recognized globally.

I’ve been genuinely impressed with…

I’ve been genuinely impressed with Myrqvist shoes. The craftsmanship is excellent - clean stitching, high-quality leather, and a solid, well-structured feel right out of the box. They strike a great balance between classic design and modern elegance, making them versatile enough for both formal and smart-casual outfits.

Overall, Myrqvist offers fantastic value for money. If you’re looking for stylish, well-made shoes without overpaying, they’re definitely worth it.

The shoes are nice quality- and…

The shoes are nice quality- and fit-wise.
The leather is still rigid, but it did not resulted in chafing, so I’m happy.

I would like their website to provide a better measurement / fit helper.

London store staff are excellent

Shoes arrived in good time, unfortunately didn't fit. I thought I would then order a different style instead. This does not work, the system cannot deal with it. I tried to contact Customer Services, they were no help, just about useless and disorganized. I eventually managed to return them via their London and they did a refund for me (very helpful). I will not bother with them again, I went elsewhere. Shame on you Myrqvist.

Shoes were delivered in 2 different…

Shoes were delivered in 2 different sizes, neither of which was what I ordered. I can't imagine having to wait 2 more weeks and deal with the hassle of paying import taxes twice to get the shoes I ordered over a month ago. Yikes....

Best shopping user experience

Quality shoes - The quality of shoes its top tier.
Ordering process - Immediate order placement with tracking information.
Returns - flawless, you can even switch the number of the shoes over a webpage form
Customer support - Prompt, follow up checks after each purchase. Proper usage of UI, was able to inquire about the return status and got immediate response from AI agent. Follow up response form the real person.
Regular customer - Exceptional treatment of regular customers. For example got a belt as a sign of gratitude for multiple orders.
Prices - Competitive prices compared to other brands with same level of quality.
Stock - Availability of shoes is great. Its happens regularly that competitors don't have sizes for most common shoes sizes anymore. While from my experience for all shoes at Myrquist the have them on stock.

I have bought several pairs of shoes…

I have bought several pairs of shoes from Myrqvist and the price/quality -ratio has always been excellent. Also the sizing has always been spot on and I usually has asked confirmation of the sizing from Myrqvist consumer support and received valuable recommendations.

Poor customer service experience

You have no functioning customer service operation. You made a mistake in a delivery and it was impossible to get you, response from the email (the only way to reach you) was super slow and always behind events. The product is great - the service is not.

Very easy online purchase experience

Very easy online purchase experience, items delivered in a timely and safe manner, items truly lived up to online description - very high quality indeed. Had to return belts for re-sizing, and this was easily accomplished and actioned. Highly recommended and quality of product exceptional, justifying the price.
