Myrqvist began its journey in 2016 with a clear vision: to craft quality footwear with a timeless design at a reasonable price. Our aim was to create shoes that could withstand the test of time and trends.

Scandinavian design, attention to the finest details, and the use of top-quality materials from the best tanneries in the world are at the core of our business. I would have given zero stars if that…

I would have given zero stars if that was possible. As visible in Myrqvists answer to my previous review I received confirmation that I would not receive anymore marketing emails. Since that was not the case I can now conclude that Myrqvist can’t control neither their marketing machine sending unsolicited emails or their AI customer service which works like s###.

Bad service and no commercial ethics

On their website the business promises an order from factory should be shipped within 7-8 weeks. However I have been waiting for 16 weeks, and there’s been zero update to my order. The style I ordered was back in stock a few days ago, and I emailed the team twice to remind them that my order hasn’t not been fulfilled and should be prioritised. But I never got a proper reply. Now the style is out of stock again and I guess they just fulfilled other people’s orders first by ignoring my repeated request as a customer. This is extremely terrible service and I doubt the business’s commercial ethics. I feel my funds have been used as an interest-free loan for 4 months and the only solution they have offered is just a simply refund without an apology and a compensation plan.

Great Client Service from Martin

I’ve purchased a few pairs of shoes from the London flagship store in the past year, and every time the experience has been amazing. The staff are always very kind, professional, and knowledgeable.

Recently, I had to order a pair online as they weren’t available in store. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the delivery experience with FedEx. They repeatedly marked the parcel as “out for delivery” for five days without actually delivering it.

That said, Martin from customer service was extremely helpful and quick to resolve the issue, which I really appreciated.

Overall, still a great brand with excellent in store service, just hope the delivery side improves.

Customs duties are not covered

Customs duties are not covered, even if nothing is purchased. The shoe manufacturer/seller doesn't care and doesn't respond to emails. I don't find this kind of concept acceptable in 2026.

I ordered a size 9

I ordered a size 9 - a size 6 was sent to me. Obviously someone looked at it upside down. I was also disappointed in the quality of the shoe. I should have looked more closely. I gave the shoes to the hall porter at my London club. Live and learn

Perfect Fit and Excellent Quality – Worth Every Penny

I’m extremely happy with this purchase. The shoes fit perfectly and are true to size, which made the whole experience hassle-free. The quality is excellent, with great materials and solid construction that you can immediately notice.

They feel comfortable and well-made, easily justifying the price paid. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase and will definitely be buying from this brand again in the future.
