I ordered a pair of suede loafers but…
I ordered a pair of suede loafers, shoe tree and a waterproofing spray but so far it has been 20 days and the shoes have never been sent. When I contact the customer service I get told to be patient and receive a mini refund but I’m growing impatient. It says on the website that it can take 2-5 days before the order is being sent. So far Myrqvist has had all my money for 20 days and I, nothing. I hope this review kan be changed to a better rating in the near future.
Update: I decided to give it 4 stars instead since the error has been corrected but it still took a long time to get in touch with a real person who could help. I hope to receive my items soon

Super late shipment, no reliable support but shoes are great
Super late shipment and many many promises to ship within a certain period without being delivered afterwards. Finally they shipped after 5 month and granted a discount.
Nevertheless the shoes are great though and their digital fitting process worked on the spot.

The product is perfect, absolutely perfect. The only reason why i dont give 5 stars is because of the AI email support. Their response was non-conclusive and did not help at all.

Stilberater Justus Hansen empfiehlt die Schuhe von Myrqvist, also habe ich im Aktionszeitraum über Wochen den Duved, Elfik, Abisko und Smögen gekauft. Sonntags bestellt kamen jedes Paar Schuhe per ups spätestens Mittwochs bei mir an. Entpuppte sich das erste Paar Stiefel in meiner Standardgröße als zu groß, wurde anstandslos retouniert und der gezahlte Betrag zurückerstattet. Bisher bin ich mit den Schuhen und ihrer Qualität und dem Preis sehr zufrieden und somit auch mit Myrqvist und dessen Servicesteam. Ein wiederkehrender Kunde sendet liebe Grüße aus Deutschland
Style consultant Justus Hansen recommends Myrqvist shoes, so during their promotional period, I bought the Duved, Elfik, Abisko, and Smögen models over several weeks. Ordered on Sundays, each pair arrived via UPS by Wednesday at the latest. When the first pair of boots turned out to be too big in my usual size, they were returned without any problems, and the amount paid was refunded. So far, I am very satisfied with the shoes, their quality, and the price, and therefore also with Myrqvist and their customer service team. A returning customer sends his best regards from Germany.

Excellent product
The product to begin with is very good and priced fairly I received the incorrect model I ordered but was able to exchange them for the right ones that were shipped to me from Sweden this toke a while but in the end I'm a happy customer.

Bought a pair of shoes (penny loafers)
Bought a pair of shoes (penny loafers)
The pair was lost by the transporter (UPS) during shipping so I made a claim. They resent a pair of shoes which was in a poor condition. It felt new, the soles were in perfect conditions, however the leather somehow looked used (creases everywhere as if someone had tried them on and walked with them).
I believe they sent me a faulty pair because my first pair was lost so it was more cost effective for them.
Even though I appreciate them resending a pair (I asked not to use UPS this time and still went with them), the pair I received was far from what I expected.
Now I can ask for a refund, but since this second pair was sent to me for free, the refund page indicated that the amount of my refund was ... 0€!
