Fraud company using pirated images, selling junk!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Purchased a dress, photo confirmed in the email. Received a ridiculously poorly made dress that was no where near the photo. Ai response generated by them, asking for photos. I complied and no response. Mailbox full and email error notification received multiple times. Finally “they” respond. I asked for a full refund. Denied. They offered partial, then I said no, and took up the matter with my credit card company. Here’s the fraud run down. 1. Credit card charge for dress said “WHOP MYSA LONDON” educational materials. Educational materials. Yes it really said that. First red flag. 2. Disputed through credit card company. They claimed they sent a digital download which I had received and used. Yes you’re reading that correctly. Next red flag. 3. I had to provide a lot of evidence to my credit card company and it was escalated twice. Finally resolved in my favor. It took a while but for $100 fraud case, it was worth it. This company is neither in the UK or anywhere in Europe. This is full CCP (cheap Chinese products) fraud. They pirate images and then sell cheap items, no where near what they advertise. I wish I could post pics of what I received. Anyway they also are fraudulently using Trust Pilot ratings, hence getting flagged here. Run and do not use.

Received a very poor quality blazer and couldn't get in touch. The customer service contact provided doesn't exist. Stay away from. I made the mistake to buy without checking the reviews. This company is not registered with the company house. All fake.

There are many hundreds of highly…

There are many hundreds of highly negative reviews of MYSA-LONDON.

it's essentially an Internet trade fraud that advertises specific items with images, or offers named brands.

After lengthy delays they might supply something , but it will have absolutely no resemblance to the ordered item.

On raising a dispute they respond from China or Hong Kong using European names such as Sophie etc purporting to assist. But they will require YOU to cover the return costs to China . This is illegal, they will keep stringing you along and eventually they close their email inbox to you...they'll offer you a fraction of your money as a refund if you keep what they have sent.

All the reviews of these awful people are rarely above one star.....they steal thousands each month assisted by the banks who take a small percentage of the criminally obtained funds...

The best way to counter this is to simply notify your BANK that you have NOT RECEIVED the ordered item and raise a dispute. They must immediately refund you and MYSA london will not be able to challenge the dispute.

Unfortunately Trust Pilot are a bit naive and allow these crooks to try and remove reviews by using a computer to ask for more information, if you don't respond , it's likely your review might be removed.

TRUST PILOT don't seem to see the bigger picture ie the masses of complaints, maybe they have their heads in the AI clouds.

Never ever use this company

Never ever use this company…yes I finally got my order but quality awful. Want to return items? Good luck with that- they are not based in London as advertised and you can only return to China at vast cost.

I ordered 2 sizes of the same dress

I ordered 2 sizes of the same dress, website says easy returns! This is not the case. Many emails back and fore to find a return address for a refund. After a week they offered I keep the dress and order another dress for same value and only need to pay £8.70 postage. I agreed to this and they said they will invoice for payment. This is now past the 30 day free return policy.
I have given up on seeing my £69
Point of ref. I have now found the same dress on Temu for £20. Be careful people!!

LATE ARRIVAL AND NOT A UK COMPANY BUT A CHINESE FACTORY IN CHINA

I ordered two items which took over two weeks to arrive. I'd already gone on holiday. When I finally opened the goods, the quality of the blouse and dress were so substandard that I set about their immediate return. I had not realised that MYSA-LONDON is actually just a name and the company posts its goods from China - hence the long delay. I too meant to check TrustPilot but had been in a hurry. I have just heard back from the company who said that a) they are in China which is why it took time (they should say that on their website) and b) because they don't like to disappoint customers why don't I keep the items and they'll refund me 25% of the cost. Surely this must be contrary to UK retail laws let alone the fact that MYSA.CO.UK seems to be masquerading as a UK company? Does anyone know who one can complain to and how to warn other potential buyers to avoid the website.

No replies to refund request

The dress I ordered was too big and when I asked to return it for a refund they offered me 2 choices- 1. To have a 20% refund and keep the dress 2. An exchange for something else. When I replied back saying they must give me my money back, they then offered a 30% refund and keep the dress or a full refund minus £8.95 postage. I replied saying I wanted no 2 and could they send me the address to return it. They did not and despite many emails over the past month, they have not replied. I have lodged a complaint with my credit card and will see what happens then. Buy from them at your peril!

Avoid - You have been warned!

This should be a Zero start review for the scammers.
Oh how I wish I'd read the reviews before buying but it was only 2 pairs of swim shorts from a shop in London.
Shorts took an age to arrive, from London? No, they are not in the UK but China, this in not mentioned on the website. Need to exchange them for the next size up, sent multiple emails off to get returns address etc but have had no reply. Looking at other comments, you have to foot the bill to send items back which would probably cost more than the item itself.
Really annoyed I didn't check but it's all part of the learning curve I guess.

AVOID, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!

Waited weeks for delivery from China!!!
The item arrived and is so poor quality it's not worth £1 yet I paid over £60
Try to contact them the emails bounce back at first. When they do reply they give a load of waffle and use English names as the sender
Why has the UK not stopped Chinese scammers like this
