DO NOT BUY A SADDLE HERE. I bought a saddle with standard sizes. I could return this within 2 weeks if it did not fit. However, when I wanted to return the saddle because the saddle did not fit, I was no longer allowed. So now I won't get my money back either.

But please, let us be clear: you did not buy a standard saddle, you choose a customized saddle. Everything is clearly written on the Product Page and Description, meant to provide customers all information needed before their purchases in the most clear and transparent way.
The Equiline Saddle Division items are unique pieces, crafted and customized according to preferences and measurements provided by the customer. It’s written on the product page that the saddle is produced “only upon request”, taking “6-8 weeks for production”, as it is shaped on the basis of choices, sizes and preferences of the customer. Also, there’s been a long mailing asking you to complete the Technical Data sheet with your measurements and supporting you in the process of providing the correct ones.
Differently from STANDARD ITEMS you can find on our website, this is a CUSTOM ITEM and cannot be returned or refunded. It’s clearly stated on the Product Page and in our Return Policy; you’ve also been informed by our Customer Service.
