Hello, sadly the shade of the color for the stirrups is different and way darker than the picture and I have sent you an email yesterday once I received it but no reply from your end. Fedex serviced me poorly with the lack of convenient. I am not so happy of my experience and this is the first time O have ordered.

We're very sorry for your complaint and that you're not satisfied with your purchase. Also, it's the first time that we receive such a complain about this best seller and high quality product.
We received your email on Tuesday, 5th Sept. at 8PM (Italy local time), when our offices were closed. The day after, Wednesday 6th, we firstly checked with the supplier about the stirrups and then immediately replied to your email, explaining that both on Safe Riding's and on our website the color is not so different from that one you have received. It's possible the color defers from a monitor to another, and slight difference with the photo is possible too, but there's not such a huge difference as you claim.
Let us remind that, as you've been informed, you can send them back at your convenience if you don't like the stirrups in that shade.
Thus far, we haven't received any further email from you. We remain at your full disposal and we'd be glad to help you to find the stirrups you desire.
