Better than expected given TrustPilot reviews

Read reviews after I'd made purchase of 4 x t-shirts; was expecting a scam company & never to see goods or my money again. I don't think its kosher that this company markets itself as a NZ company when its located in China & the products are Chinese. However, the t-shirts arrived within two weeks of order, weren't the best but weren't the worst quality either considering the cheap price. They've now survived three washes, are still the same shape & size as purchased & the print is intact. Perhaps this company has upped their game?

Not a NZ business

I think it's really deceitful to have a NZ physical address and website when in fact the items come from a business in China. We were wanting to support a NZ business. We won't be purchasing again.

Not a scam (but not completely honest)

This site has some terrible reviews claiming they are a scam but despite their website showing an address in NZ which doesn’t exist and is not a business office, a mobile number which doesn’t work and claiming that ‘shipping is within NZ’ (parcels come from China taking 10 days), I did get a reply to my email and the t shirt arrived today for my Dad, the quality looked good and it fit him perfectly so actually he’s happy and I’m happy. The only problem would be if the shirt didn’t fit, I don’t believe there is a proper returns process and I’d say you’d be out of pocket. If you order best to check measurements rather than taking a guess.

Offshore scammers

They took my payment, then insisted that they hadn't and asked me to reorder! They still have my money and I have no t-shirts. DO NOT use this website. Their address 92 Greenwood st, Frankton is infact the Frankton petrol station shop!! My bank is currently investigating them.

Theives and scammers

Theives. Ordered product which never showed up. "Sorry, lost in post" was the reply, never to be heard from again. No contact, no refund, nothing.

Absolute waste of time and money

I suspect this website is a "front" for a Chinese business. Despite listing the company as operating from Hamilton the product came from China. An email to the company was also answered from China in poor English. The order was supposed to take 5 days and took over nearly 4 weeks. The quality of the product is poor - thin t-shirt and patchy printing, the color on the lettering is uneven and the print looks like it will peel off after washing. I will never recommend this business.

One star is too good a rating

One star is too good a rating. If I wanted a product from China I would have used Temu. Took ages to get here, was the wrong colour was at least 3x more costly than my local Postie store. They wanted me to return it to China at my own cost. Their New Zealand address and telephone number is a scam front.

Scam website

Scam website. They give the impression they are an NZ company. They are in fact just a front for a Chinese operation, with the goods being despatched from China with shipping times taking a long time.

Misleading showing a NZ address when…

Misleading showing a NZ address when company is in China & no shop at the address shown! Phone number doesn't exist & no reply to email. Ordered a white Tee-shirt with a saying on it which eventually arrived but the writing was also in white so hardly even shows up!

Don't buy from these people

Came from China, not true to size way too small. I ordered from .Co.nz website thinking they would come from New Zealand. Stupidly small would fit my 10 year old grandson and cheap and nasty iron ons.

Actually received a shirt and....

Actually received a shirt and..... it was .... garbage.

Like everybody else, it unexpectedly came from China, arrived later than expected and was very poor quality. They request that you return it back to China at your cost (?) when the return address on their site is a fake New Zealand based address that the courier cannot find.

People are buying from this site based on blatantly misleading information then the seller is cherry-picking from their own plagiarised terms in response to get out of refunds. Total scam.

-their refund policy is verbatim plagiarised from another business 'Bucktree'. They haven't even bothered to remove the previous business name from their copy/paste.

-the stated return address in New Zealand doesn't exist Their previous phone number is for a completely different business 'Saree & Co. by Pragma', found over the road from their fake gas station address. Their current phone number is unregistered.

WHAT TO DO:

1) Submit a refund case through PayPal

2) They use a Shopify store for their transactions / have a Shopify subdomain. Make a complaint here at this address:

help. shopify. com /en/legal#/ report-an-issue

Quote their Shopify subdomain:

tshirt2020006 . myshopify .com

From your order confirmation email, click, follow through, grab the url:

Looks like:
myshirts. co. nz /34967945100/orders/dda2448947961ece01f7b0b471224a61

Give them that ^ and ther other order number the Myshirts d*cks give you. Looks like:

2330785-25003

3) Let Netsafe know that they are a misleading trader and copy a link to these trust pilot reviews as well as your own correspondence / screenshots etc.

netsafe . org . nz

4) BONUS ROUND:
make a complaint to their domain hosting company in Germany. They have a responsibility to hear out consumer complaints as they are essentially using THEIR service to scam people.

Their domain is registered with Key Systems. Make a complaint here, provide evidence.
