SCAM! Do not purchase from here!
They send you a tracking number that is either not valid or likely for something else (purchasing of used tracking numbers for scams is common)

Just avoid and save your money and stress!

It's a scam, not a nz company, ordered a tee a month ago and still hasn't shown up and tracking has said shipment received the whole time, they don't email back, or give you a refund. Do not order from here.

So this company says it is in waihi New Zealand, until you purchase something then they send an email saying that it’s coming from china!! Very disappointing and frustrating when you purchase something that you want this Christmas but it won’t be delivered till a week or two after!!

Made the order thinking it was NZ based (their website gives a NZ address but now I'm thinking that it is false). After I placed the order, I recieve an email telling me the product is to be shipped from China. Wtf?

Like others have stated, I should have checked reviews first, but I was in a bit of a hurry as it was to be for a Christmas present this year 2025. But at this slow rate I don't think it will arrive until Christmas 2028 - if at all.

I have emailed them with my queries. Although I have had replies, it is quite clear there is a language and grammar issue.

After checking their address on Google maps, it doesn't appear to be a business looking address and highly suspect it is false details.

They should not be allowed to use a nz based website or NZ address when it is quite obvious it is not.

The product may look good on the website, but I highly suggest to people to avoid nztee.co.nz as I highly suspect fraud. Absolutely disgusting and deceitful behaviour.

Wish I had searched reviews before purchasing. Paid $38 dollars for a hoodie that I could've got for $5 off temu.. Emailed for a return no reply. They shouldn't be allowed to use NZ if they aren't actually in NZ.

Drop shipping from China. I’m not sure that the NZ address they provide is even real/affiliated. Product badly made, image was pixelated and print was badly cut out. No response to emails. I ended up making a claim through PayPal and despite their website saying returns can be sent to Rotorua, their offer was a refund and I pay shipping to China. PayPal ruled in my favour after I sent screenshots of the website with NZ return address. The PayPal account is under Chic Inc which also seems to run a number or similar sites in Australia with equally bad reviews

No hassles with this order. Arrived within ten days, cheaper quality t shirts but expected that for the price. Overall, happy with my order

If zero stars was an option I would give that. Product never arrived, no response to website or email contact. Had to dispute with my bank to get my money back.

It wasn't until the shipping costs came up that I realised I wasn't dealing with a local company. I went ahead with the transaction anyway, then read reviews, then freaked out!
But everything went okay. Shirts arrived in 10 days, and quality is not too bad.

Brought several coffee shirts XL from this site for my staff thinking they were nz site. Came from China and fitted my 10 year old grandson. Took forever, crap product.

Flip, I should have read these first.. but the tshirts arrived only the sizing wasn't good so trying to organize a swap but no replies to emails.. Beware!! The large is more like a medium too

Ordered a women's XL Jojo Siwa teeshirt for my intellectually disabled daughter's birthday. Site appeared NZ, so expected XL women's to be a good fit. What arrived was a kid's teeshirt, poor quality, not a licenced product as advertised. So annoyed I trusted this site being NZ. Clearly not. No replies to my various emails. Avoid.

Further to my earlier review - they still won't reply to my emails, nor will they answer the phone number listed on the website. The physical address is a residential address, behind a locked gate so I couldn't go and ask the residents about the company. Super peeved customer here!

Edit - have since visited the physical address and no such business exists at this address! The poor home owner is so baffled as to why her address is listed on the website. I'm very much wondering if this so-called NZ business is even located in NZ.

The hoodie I ordered is the worst quality imported material you can find, I was shocked at this (most certainly not 100% cotton). Never mind the quality I cannot get hold of the company by phone or email to place a return for this flammable, shiny, badly made top! Will never purchase from Mytee nor recommend them to my worst enemy!

Absolutely poor quality, worse than Temu, here’s me thinking that it was a new company, l have asked for my money back or would report them to the Commerce commission!

Website didn't state it came from China everything indicated NZ, Good sweatshirt though sizing fine. Unsure if I will purchase again.

Terrible service. Absolutely crap quality. I wanted to return for refund as the product was so poorly made. And had no response after multiple attempts

When I saw the payment go overseas I looked up trust pilot and thought bugger I've been scammed. But, my tee shirts turned up on time and looked good.

I bought my husband a t-shirt off mytee a week ago it arrived this morning I'm impressed it's exactly what I ordered and the quality is great

No T ever arrived. Excuses, excuses.
Carrier Aramex says this tracking number doesn't exist.
Do NOT order from these guys pretending to be in NZ.
