The Smartphone I received is defective. When I informed them, they asked me to “send a video showing it defective”. I replied that I didn’t know how to do that. Rather than replace the device, they kept insisting on a video. I told them to just keep my $120.00 and that I would inform all I could of this practice.

10/15/19 Update: Was charged $154 (ultrabrush) and $32 (replacement brush tips). Did receive email (after complaint) that they will process refund. Was refunded a majority of purchase except for $1.54 and $0.32. They are skimming 1%! Nowhere was there language advising of any fees for returns/cancellations/etc. My 1 star review remains.

9/11/19. No phone to contact. I left messages through the "contact us" page/link, but no response. Attempted to buy with Visa toothbrush device >$150 from getultrabrush.com and the links of bottom of page redirect to myshopwala.com. Now I am placing a merchant dispute with Visa.com.

0 STAR" PLEASE DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY!! I too should have read the reviews on this Company SHOPWALA! Saw the add on Facebook in June 2019 and paid $80 + $4 postage to get Neck Hammock delivered to me in NZ. 3 weeks later it arrived and I was very disappointed as it didn't work, just like every other review here about this product. It was made from cheap vinyl, straps did not reach door handles and was totally rubbish! Customs record said product was worth NZ$9.99 and definitely not the $80 I had paid! Asked for a refund, had to take photo and send them proof I had goods. Have emailed almost 15 times from end June to 2/9 (like playing a bad tennis match) with their replies saying, "Yes they will refund, BUT I need to return it back to China (no problem so far), they will deduct 10 Euros for Admin costs ($17 NZ) PLUS they will deduct Return Postage that I will be paying of about $40NZ which includes tracking! There is no mention of this "Admin Fee" and why would they deduct the postage I will be paying out of their refund to me? Doesn't make sense does it? Basically it means I will end up paying $137 just to get my NZ$80 back if I send it back and there's no guarantee that it will get to its destination in China!! This Company should not be allowed to openly advertise on Facebook. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND READ ALL REVIEWS ABOUT THEM.

Purchased a neck hammock which does not work, elastic provided does not have enough tension so head always hits floor. Requested refund but they replied all purchases are final and no refunds will be issued.

This is to confirm this purchase as one of the worst ever! My order was kind of lost somewhere in China for weeks... of course no reply fom the customer service, I always got an email asking again for my order number, name, email etc...
Once I have finally got the shipment, I have realized the extremely poor quality of the product; a product worth 5 Euro and unusable, paid 49 Euro...

Horrible product and horrible company. DO NOT BUY from them. The V-White Tooth Brush is expensive and does not work at all. My teeth feel worse after using it. And they will not take returns, even unopened packages.

Imitation product of extremely poor quality and no customer service. I mistakenly ordered the neck hammock from them and it is the worst product I have ever bought.

The worst don't buy anything from them.The toothbrush is garbage and they wont allow it to be returned.

This company is a SHAM!!! I ordered a mini computer that was advertised on Facebook. I received a wallet? I emailed them and they said to check the tracking number and I emailed two more times with no response? WOW had I read these reviews first I would not have ordered anything from them!! Save your money and put them out of business by not ordering from them!!

Bought the neck hammock which I received on the 4/7/2019.
Absolute rubbish! Neck hits the floor when it is setup on the door handle.
I sent an email on the day I received it saying I wished to return it, but they said it could not be be as the order had been processed! I tried to send another email today, 9/7/2019 and it has bounced back as undeliverable. Obviously this company is a scam

Bought the Neck Hammock and turned out to be a fake & poor quality product. Similar to the one I saw from China Website that cost only 1/6 of the price I paid. I really felt cheated. Used couple of times started to tear off. Elastic bands is also poor quality and looks dangerous because likely to snap anytime when use.

Ordered a neck hammock for €49, received one without branding, a letter or instructions, it won't work on my door handle so it's absolutely worthless and after enquiring twice I finally got this answer - which, needless to say - was not satisfying but they don't seem to give a toss about customer service:

Purchases made in our store are final, meaning that no refund or exchange will be offered after the shipment of your product.
Our quality assurance, yes that includes repairs and exchanges in case the hardware is damaged.
This is the official policy of the company, so we can not do more for you from the customer service department, we greatly regret the inconvenience.

Be very WARY of purchasing the Sonic Toothbrush. I discovered it's a single use item as the battery won't recharge. I paid $157 to Brush my teeth once!!! They have now agreed to refund me but I have to pay postage from Australia to China so I'm going to out of pocket a great deal.......so be warned this is not a good buy!!!

Do not buy from ShopWala. They are total frauds. I bought a toothbrush from them after they advertised 30 Day Hassle Free Returns. Got the product and it was total not worth $120 I paid. I contacted them and they said they don’t take returns on personal or hygiene products. Eventually they offered me $50 refund. I declined because even $70 is too much for this piece of crap they sold me. Not to mention they said 30 day returns!!! SCAM!!! Anyway I know you’re thinking $120 for a toothbrush is insane but their ad was super convincing in saying that a dentist designed this toothbrush after seeing the damage and decay traditional brushing was doing to his patients’ teeth

I too got scammed by this fraudulent company. I am surprised they are still in business. I had two different orders. One was a Sonic Waterpik and the other one was the Sonic V-White Teeth Cleanser (which is garbage). Anyway, they sent me two V-White teeth cleansers but no Waterpik I asked them for their address for returned items and they would not provide it. They just said we cannot refund personal items. It's unopened and I did not order two. How else can I explain it!!. They simply ignored me and now I'm stuck with a purchase of $120 that I can not get back. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Received a battery powered dog grooming product that had the battery connector missing so I complained to Shopwala.They asked for a video which I provided. They then asked me to post the product back to China at my expense and pay a 20 euro inspection fee. Ok declining that opportunity, they stopped responding to emails, leaving me £35 worse off and a useless piece of plastic.

Strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs, once they have your money, they don't care....

Received 2 products that I ordered from this company via Facebook. Only opened 1. The product was an absolutely a sham. The company would not accept a return or store credit even though 1 of the products was unopened and unused. Lesson leared... Do Not Order from Shopwala and Never buy products from Facebook!! $250 lost

SCAM. I would give 0 stars if I could. They do not tell you ahead of time the item you order is NOT REFUNDABLE. All you see is a 30 day refund policy. THIS IS A SCAM. The item arrived in the mail, I NEVER opened my product and they said I can't return it. It was way to expensive to be told no refunds when not opened.

Ordered a vacuum cleaner attachment with many tubes, discovered on Facebook. The product arrived, the quality is lowest level, the extension doesn't fit with or without adapter to the vacuum cleaner, although it is advertised that this part fits everywhere. I paid about 28 EUR, this scrap is worth at most 2 EUR. Never again. Recently, there is more and more advertising on Facebook of apparently high-quality and ingenious articles, which are however of miserable quality and overpriced. Watch out!

I bought a product for my dog from this shop and it's amazing!! the delivery took one week, and the product is wonderful, my dog loves it!!
