Would give a "no star" rating if it would allow me to. Ordered product with understanding that there was a 30 day return policy. When I requested procedure for returning product, was told that it was nonreturnable. Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase a product from them again and will advise all I know to be aware of this company.

I ordered petgroomer and vacuumpet for my 3 dogs. It saves me time from the usual brushing and sweeping off the hairs. Thanks shopwala for these products..

I ordered in myshopwala for the 2nd time and there was a delay in the delivery but it was understandable since they ship overseas. I received the product in excellent packaging and the product is working. Thank you myshopwala!

Ordered a pet vacuum, that does not work at all as advertised. Paid 45$ for it, but later found the exact same one on chinese webshops for ~10$.

Asked for a refund, but all I get are automated responses that keep asking me for my order number, despite including it with everyone of my responses.

Another interesting thing is that none of their webshop products have any reviews on them. I tried creating one, but after submitting, nothing happens and the review doesn't show up.

Clearly a sham business that sells cheap products way overpriced with no intention on refunding orders. Stay away from this one.

Unprofessional company, ordered and received a GPS unit from them. It took 3-4 weeks to arrive direct from China. The unit does not work! Tried myshopwala help line multiple times on the U.K. Tel no. But on all calls there is not an operator available! Tried help via web, received email asking for the order no. Responded, but other than multiple further emails asking again for a the order no. All responded too no resolution or acceptance of a problem. Disgraceful behaviour, like they just want orders but provide zero customer support.

I don't have my order and the webpage is offline. I saw the reviews to late.

I ordered and received 3 GPS systems but the instructions, translated from Chinese to English, are absolutely impossible to understand.
Has anyone experience with the GPS and can you explain to me how to work with it.

Worst webshop ever. The site should be taken down. Took 3 months for products to arrive. After 1 month the products have not left China so I asked for a refund. Customer service answered the product is on its way. After a couple of weeks, I demanded a refund. Then they stopped to respond. When products arrived 3 months later they were packed in a plastic bag with no protection inside so all of the product boxes were damaged. And the products are very poor quality. No information on box or manual about material or certification that ensures that it is safe to use in food. We will never use these or give as gifts. The products are cheap eBay crap and they use false description and pictures in webshop that look way better. After another 4 weeks and 4 emails and total silence from them I called their customer support number 3 times but no answer even after waiting 40 minutes. I felt helpless and asked my husband to help me. He contacted them from his email asking for the status of the order, and they responded right away. He then asked for a refund but they refused. Since the products where delivered, they only do replacement was their answer. When he told them about the long shipment time, the poor quality and damaged boxes they took back their offer because the replacement products will not be any better quality. They ended their email by saying "we will do our best to do better in the future". How is that helping us? Insane. In addition to the $ 120 we paid, we put so much time and effort into this. We left the products at the electronics recycling facility. This is basically a polished website that takes orders and then they order cheap crap products from eBay and charges heavy overprice. It´s better to buy the real deal from a trusted seller or the same crap way cheaper on eBay.

I bought three Ezstreamers that didn't work properly and wanted to return the products. There is no return address on the website, the "customer service" will not give you any return address and say they don't refund any products after processing or delivering, but you don't know the product before having received it.

Don't buy anything from this shop. You will regret it and you will not be able to use their own refund policy as they proudly offer:

We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30 day No-Hassle refund policy. If you’re unhappy about your purchase, send us the product back and we’ll refund your money immediately".

Just forget it, they will not refund you anything.

Myshopwala is clearly a company established to make money by deceiving people, either by misinforming in relation to advertising and products or by not delivering anything at all.
I have ordered and paid a product on March 5th and despite repeated promises, I have received nothing.
Keep yourself far away from this sc.. business (Trustpilot does not allow me to write the correct word).

I Paid for two products and I received only one. After writing email asking for explanations I did not receive any Answer , only
evasive and clearly preconfigured emails, where I'm asked for a code that does not actually exist. BE AWARE AND DO NOT BUY

Ordered a shower head. No order number - No tracking number - 20 days delivery - ITEM BROKE AFTER TWO USES

No customer service at all. I wanted to return an item but there is no response to countless requests. So I'm suck with a product I don't want. No money back as they proudly advertise.
