I am still waiting for my order to be dispatched - I was charged postage when the site banner stated free delivery in the UK and I have had NO reply to two emails! The only thing I can say is they took my money immediately but I have had No contact since and can find no info on the website re delivery times. If my item ever arrives I will not be buying again as this has been a very bad experience.
UPDATE - received an email and phone call following this review from a very helpful gentleman, who called again this morning to say my item should be here early next week or offering to cancel the order and issue a full refund - can't say fairer that that😉
Oh dear - 22 days after order being placed still no stock - money refunded. Would suggest the website should be updated with "out of stock" on items and orders not accepted/charged unless stock is available. Good news ordered from Amazon for same price and 3 day delivery - happy days🤗
