Complete Scam

Complete Scam, been 5 weeks, no order, you sign in and it says the same message everytime....waiting for fulfillment. Have messaged several times, no correspondance, looked them up and the address is to a tesco express. Do not order

A month since order placed for 2 bras

A month since order placed for 2 bras. Nothing received. No email reply from company to email. One to an answerphone message. Still no goods received nor meaningful updates. Pls refund my money.

Poor support and communication!

I was a returning customer and had bought items from their website before. But the order I have made this year and the service I have received have been extremely disappointing. One item in my order did not arrive and was delayed, but after waiting for several weeks and I had not received the item and no updates in regards to the delay. I have decided to ask for a refund as it has not arrived, also process returns the other items. I have sent emails, "contact us" forms on their website, not answered their phone but I have received no email response back. They only processed the partial refund but not the other products! Very poor support team and no communication at all! Please don't buy from this website unless you know you want the product, because be prepared that you cannot return it!

I ordered a bra on 15/8/2025 for £58.....I'm still waiting for it to arrive! I have left 3 voicemails and sent 2 emails - no response whatsoever.
THIS COMPANY APPEARS TO BE A SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
This kind of disgusting greed is sadly a sign of the days we now live in.

Ordered 2 bras on 2/6

Ordered 2 bras on 2/6. One was delivered on 25/6, which is quite slow delivery anyway, but one of the bras ordered wasn’t in package. Have emailed twice and left voicemail messages. No response to calls, and email responses sent to me were a link to shipment of the one bra I received, but did not address my query about the missing bra. £48 out of pocket with seemingly no way of resolving issue! Very poor customer service. Feels like theft of my £48 for goods not received.

I ordered a bra on 6th July 2025, waited ages for it to arrive. When I put it on the back disintegrated in my hand. I contacted the company to ask if the products they sell are 'seconds', I received an email of reassurance that the products were not 'seconds'. I said ok, please replace, no reply.... I have emailed again today asking for either an immediate replacement or an immediate refund, including postage.
Very poor customer service. Not one for writing reviews or reading them (unfortunately).

Terrible

Terrible. They are slow to send out items, do not communicate, and online they say you have 30 days to return, but then in the packaging with items it turns out you only have 14 days, and you have to email the office in order to get a returns label, which will no doubt take ages to get a response. Do not buy from here. My second bra has not turned up at all - I've asked for a refund and they have not responded days later.

2 weeks after order not dispatched

This company doesn't seem to have the items in stock. Made my order paid and almost 2 weeks later the items were still awaiting dispatch.

No response for a few days, had to contact my bank. Order was cancelled and I got a refund a few days later.

Hope they get better at inventory

Is this a real company?

I can’t give less than 1 star

I can’t give less than 1 star, that’s the reason for my star!

Zero customer service. Had a return that wasn’t refunded even after more than a month. All my emails have been ignored! At a point I’ve managed to get in touch with somebody on the chat and they refunded my return as a store credit !! Now I have 280GBP to spend in a virtual shop that doesn’t sell products that fit me and that are not processing refunds in l time!!

Absolutely avoid this store, feels like a scam!

Genuine company

I received my order in good time & the items were perfect. I was given a refund with no problems and they were very helpful. It's a shame I was misled by reading some poor reviews as my experience of them was fine.

Zero customer service

Zero customer service. One star is overly generous. Do not use this company. I wish I had looked at reviews prior to ordering. Asked for an exchange at the beginning of November. Chased numerous times. Two times vague holding message and nothing since December despite several attempts. Request for refund completely ignored.

If I could give zero I would

If I could give zero I would. I chased my refund as after one month I had heard nothing. Refund was immediately issued but I had received no communication from them of receipt of return and then no apology for taking one month to refund. Nothing. no communication from this company whatsoever, I wonder if a robot is running it!

Ordered 3 pairs of Passionata knickers…

Ordered 3 pairs of Passionata knickers on Thursday 11 August and I still haven’t received them (19th August). Their website says the order hasn’t been fulfilled yet. Sent an email and text today and also rang the number which has an international sounding tone. Annoyed as I didn’t check Trust Pilot before ordering. Having read the reviews I am not hopeful anything will turn up. Their accounts don’t look good and there is nothing for 2021. Will cancel the order and get in touch with PayPal. UPDATE I phoned Chantelle (parent company who own the Passionata brand) in Surrey to see if they were still trading and they are. They order items in when they get an order so there is a 3-5 day delay as items come from France. He was able to confirm he had received my order which was a relief and said it should be with me around Tuesday 23 August. The delivery times are on a page at the bottom of their website but there is nothing on the invoice you receive or anywhere else noticeable. I received an email back from the company who said that some of the bad reviews on here were unverifiable and they had other good reviews. They defended the delivery times but I still don't think it's obvious enough. Five days to despatch is an age in the world of internet shopping. It should be more upfront. Anyway I hope to receive my goods. The man at Chantelle was very helpful in explaining how the modern world of buying lingerie online works. No 'just in time' ordering any more (post Brexit) and lack of lace etc. Even shops don't hold lots of pairs of knickers anymore. Anyway at least they responded so we will see. I uprated them to 3* from one as they had responded.
