Pretty shocking service really

Pretty shocking service really. It seems like a middleman outfit that stocks nothing and then has to order it once you have.
Quite rude and abrupt to deal with and will never use again or recommend.

The manager old lady is very rude

The manager old lady is very rude . A tiny rip to the plastic cover packing when I was returning an item that was not fitting , she is arguing and charging £3 for that. Planning to complaint this to the school authorities, they must know this.

All went well with my order

Have just received my order, which came in good time and the products fitted. Shortly after ordering I became very concerned about whether I would receive anything due to having read the customer reviews. All I can say is I was pleased with the service I got from this company and, as I do think it's important to give bouquets as well as brickbats, here's my experience. Would I order again? I'd be wary, due to so many negative customer reviews, but perhaps it's made them pull their socks up!

PLEASE AVOID.

If you don't make it to the end of this review, the only thing I will say is please avoid this awful company and it's vile witch boss at all costs.

We placed an order for customised garments at the back end of 2023 and the awfulness that has unfolded since makes me sick.

On first impression the box was absolutely battered and looked as though it had endured WW3 before reaching me, one piece of tape on each side. On opening the contents was screwed up with no care or consideration and the contents absolutely STUNK of wet dog to the extent it made me gag.

My partner took out our items and they were absolutely covered in dog hairs as though it had been used as a dog blanket. My partner is allergic so he broke out in an awful rash overnight and ended up going to the doctors the following week as it would not go away. No idea what they do in that place but it was enough to floor a 42 year old man with some form of disease!!!!!! Ironically upon going on their site to find contact details it's actually a running joke that they have a dog as their customer service.

On examination in terms of defects of the items one name was spelt incorrectly (their side not ours) on one item. One item had the plastic they'd used to apply the name peeling off in one corner. One item had a crinkled letter 'L' and one item had been customised upside down. In terms of quality the customisation looked like it had been completed at a Childs nursery and the garment quality was the most unbelievably cheap tatty material I've touched.

We sent 5 emails not one acknowledged. So decided to phone. The person who answered the phone 'hung up' on me but forgot to actually hang up so I witnessed a vile conversation with the employee and the person I assume either owns business or is their manager. She spoke to them awfully, swore a lot and did not address the issue in the slightest, just referred to me as a beeping idiot. I tried to callback twice but the person answering just continued to hang up. Probably crying in the toilets over the way the mentally disturbed woman spoke to them because I would be.

I gave up on any hope of receiving my money back after being scammed by these cowboys but trading standards have been contacted in reference to this business and I have requested the bank complete a chargeback.

VILE!!!!!! beyond any stretch of the imagination. Reading reviews would lead me to believe the owner is the absolutely disgusting person I heard on the phone. That woman wants locking up with the key throwing away.

Very Disappointing & Slow Experience

Website looks great, good products, but I think the items are ordered in as people buy them.
The delivery of my order was very slow, it took a month. When I emailed to see where it was, the reply was verging on rude and not something I would expect to receive as a customer. My refund was very slow to refund too and only happened when I emailed to ask about it.
I would avoid this company and will not be buying from them again.

Worst company I have ever dealt with…

Worst company I have ever dealt with for the following reasons:
1. Bought a T shirt from them via amazon for my son, and the sizing was totally out in that it would only have fitted someone who was as broad as they are tall. (An xxl does not mean that the person is double the normal width whilst being extremely short)!!
2. The t shirt was also of very poor quality in that the material was very thin.
3. When I contacted the company about a return, they said I had to pay for the postage even although the fault lay with them.
4. When I queried why I should pay the postage, they then changed their goal post and suddently said I couldn`t return it at all since it had been made to measure!
5. When I reminded them it hadn`t been made to measure (if so, it would have fitted), they then said I could return it but once again insisted that I had to pay the postage!
6. I therefore had no choice but to pay the return postage, but when royal mail attempted to deliver the returned T shirt to smarty pants no one from the company was there to receive it.
7. When I contacted Smarty Pants about this, they (Louis) said they would collect the T shirt from royal mail within 2-3 days, but never did!
8. When I contacted them yet again, they eventually got back saying they would ask for the T shirt to be redilivered to them.
9. About 2 weeks subsequent to me having sent the substandard T shirt back to Smarty Pants, after much wasted time backwards and forwards writing various emails, they eventually gave me a refund minus the postage cost (£2.70) and an administration charge (£2.30), despite the fact that there is no mention of any admin fee in their returns policy or product listing.
This company is totally unscrupulous, and they get away with trading as rogues because they sell their products via Amazon Prime who makes vast profits out of selling their goods.
Amazon only allows good reviews of this company so as not to diminish their sales/ profit margins by putting customers off on account of honest negative reviews such as that written by me above.
