I would 100% recommend My Spa, they are professional, knowledgeable about all the products they sell and gives good advice and guidance and there was no hard sell by them.
From our first visit to their showroom in Wanlip to installation they have been absolutely great, kept us informed about our order and timescale. The installation was seamless and the instruction and demonstration we got was clear and easy to understand also showed us how to use the solutions to care for the hot tub and explained what each do for the water and hot tub. Top company to deal with, from getting a wet test right through to the installation. Unfortunately after that it all goes south!!!! Getting through to, and/or getting someone to call you back is nigh on impossible, which obviously leads to a lot of frustration! You can often wait over a week for a response. When you do eventually speak to someone and are blessed with an appointment (either service or remedial work) then the engineers that attend are always very professional thorough and helpful.
If only this were true of the office staff!!!

Placed my order in September after being told we have it in stock and estimated delivery will be in the first weeks of October.
Then the excuses started we have delivery issues, high orders and we can't fulfill our order books and your order is delayed and it will be sometime at the end of November (but no confirmed date).
Still waiting!!!
Have no idea what's happening now as we reach the end of November and still no update but you can go there and get your new jacuzzi by Christmas as their advertisement shows on the website??
Just a thought but if you keep your customers who have paid or left deposits updated then they wouldn't be leaving reviews like this as they get more and more frustrated.
We popped over to the showroom in Bentleys garden centre last week and spoke to the lovely Brooke who was so friendly and helpful and helped point us in the right direction of what tub would work for us
We went back yesterday for a wet test in the hot tub we liked
Ben & Andy we’re extremely friendly and so helpful and knowledgeable and talked us through everything even bought us a drink out
We decided to buy the spree hot tub and absolutely can’t wait for it to be delivered
This company is one of the most welcoming and friendly companies I have ever dealt with

I’ve always wanted a hot tub, I’d had a Lay Z Spa inflatable for a few years but whilst this was brilliant it was not compatible with cats.
I discovered that the cheaper 4-5K Spa’s were not worth the money at all, and started looking at the Jacuzzi range. We went to a few show rooms and found the WhatSpa magazine, where a company called MySpa did sell the Jacuzzi range but they also did their own.
I went down to the Showroom in Macclesfield and met Jess who I’d already been introduced to on the companies socials and their really informative videos. Jess pointed out that the Managing director of the company wanted to build a cost effective alternative to Jacuzzi whilst still giving the same features that I was attracted to.
Due to restrictions we couldn’t wet test but I’d decided what model I was keen on before I went in, and she just reassured me this was the right way. The Kladow whilst slightly smaller than most standard sized tubs, is still more than plenty for 4/5 people and will work out more cost effective to run as it’s less water to heat.
I had some concerns about the cost and the non refundable amount which I emailed Andy about who went in to a really transparent amount of detail about, I was impressed.
Whilst the delivery was delayed, it was nice to meet Sam and the rest of the delivery team. They made sure I was happy with the positioning, and talked me through the chemicals. I’d also messaged Jess that day who got back to me straight away.
I expressed further concerns after installation that Andy again got back to me about, at an amazing and now consistent level of detail, and at a time out of hours which really shows the commitment and dedication from the organisation here.
I’ve made a quick video on the installation which I’ll share here. Thanks everyone, I need to come back to Macclesfield to pick up some of those scented tablets that Jess showed me in the showroom, they were amazing!
We have had our hot tub just over four months now.
From the very first enquiry, where all my questions were answered to the installation team on the day, I have being impressed with the service.
Any questions I have had after the installation have all being quickly answered.
Today I had my first quarterly service plan visit and was very impressed with Cathy .
She was very professional, did a great job and is an absolute credit to My Spa.
First class service from the whole Team at MySpa UK right from the wet test through to final delivery and installation by Chris and Team. Excellent knowledge of products and very fast response to any questions raised, would certainly recommend Myspa, very professional.

We had planned to get a full size hot tub to finish off our garden this summer, after owning an inflatable one for a number of years.
After lots of searching around we found prices for hot tubs varied so much that it was clear we needed some advice, after visiting the Macclesfield show room the assistant who was very knowledgeable took us through all the various types and options which no pressure to buy anything.
We got lucky and the style we wanted was in stock and available once they have an installation slot.
After purchasing the information was clear on what we needed to to for the electrician etc.
The day of the install went really smoothly, the engineers doing the install again were very knowledgeable and had a slick process for filling the tub. They walked me through all the chemicals and the process for maintaining in an easy to follow approach.
MySpa UK are a fantastic organisation to deal with, no pushy sales and just an honest and helpful team!
We decided to buy a hot tub last year, and after visiting several showrooms MySpa Leicester's service was head and shoulders above all the others. From the wet test, purchase, and installation everyone was really friendly. The install was expertly overseen by Sam, who stayed until ever last detail was perfect, and I fully understood how everything worked.
I opted for the Silver service package which cover's services, and a quarterly water change and valet. I have had two of these so far, both done by Cathy. Cathy really does give the tub, steps, and cover a good clean along with emptying and refilling the tub.
Cathy is very friendly and is a credit to MySpa.
So I guess you could say I am a very happy customer.

Absolutely first class service and advice. We’re so glad we came across MySpa. We decided to look into purchasing a hot tub in February but we had very limited knowledge. Having contacted a few companies, we came across Amie at MySpa. She walked us through the details we needed to know in a professional and really personable manner. She then arranged a virtual appt with Maddy, who was equally as helpful. From point of sale to installation, everything went to plan. The MySpa team walked us through all the chemicals to use and we were left absolutely certain we knew what we were doing. We’ve had the excellent Tegal hot tub for a couple of weeks now and really happy with it. Thanks to Amie, Maddy and everyone at MySpa - highly recommended

Well where do I start, the guys were slightly early, which was great, a big tick before we get going. They really worked as a team, as one thing was ready, the other was being worked on. When the tub was in place and filled, they didn’t have to wait for the electrician to switch on the power. Honestly, I am X Military and really do respect the team ethos that the they all displayed. Very professional, polite, informative...
Just can’t really say anything that would help improvement.

Using the words of a well known judge “The MySpa team are AMAZING” nothing is a problem! We installed on the wettest day this month and I had to borrow a tractor to get the hot tub to the garden!
Very knowledgable and you can speak to the installers afterwards when you have those daft questions on chemicals and use.
I would highly recommend this team to anyone, I have their Tegal and love it!
