The stuff inside was not as good as I hoped not worth £50
I was giving it to kids for Xmas has I had no idea what to get them they suggested mystery box so I order from you and it’s not great . I loved the ones we got off you a few months ago but these are not . So now I got to go find more presents

Recieved my 49.99 mystery box and it was so much better than I expected definitely worth more than I paid for it. Will be ordering another 3 but unsure if I will get duplicates as 1 will be for me again and 2 as gifts will also be ordering a home one to try have recommended to everyone I know many thanks 😊

I've had 2 boxes from these guys and I was happy with most of the contents. I had a beauty box and a women's box, and both box contents were worth more than the box price. I will use most of the products that I received as well.

I did had an issue at first but this was rectified and I was very happy with the outcome. It's clear that they value their customers.

I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

After a initial issue, of which I was unsure how to review my experience, Shamus from customer service has been so kind, honest and human I can only say this is the kind of company I will buy from again and recommend to others as to be honest it's not how well a company deals with praise but how they turn negatives into positives.

As soon as my order went though, I immediately got a text and phone from Shamus, he was so lovely and wanted to make the boxes special and individual as I ordered 4 boxes! I chose for Women.. these are for Christmas, so unfortunately I have not seen what’s in the boxes.I have seen other people’s boxes though, so I’m pretty excited to see the recipients reactions! I would definitely order again and I would highly recommend Mystery Box to anyone looking for something different to give as gifts,

First of I just want to say how fast there postage is. I watched cole and Abbie open the women's,men's and junior box's and also watched gazza open £30 dog box iv had £50 men's,£50womens,£30 women's,£30 beauty,£30 teen boys,£30 dog all for Xmas gifts the only box similar to Abbie n Coles was a teen boys the dog box is full of cheap things toys was for a puppy otherwise not really much use for the rest but will donate the bits not needed was expecting better things in the dog box after watching gazza the rest of box's are ok I will order again just not the dog one as the toys will all be broke in seconds as our dog is a adult collie

Womens £29.99 mystery box

Reasonable contents, nothing particularly WOW!! about it. The makeup included for brows and contour were all dark, so of no use to the very fair person it was bought for, but I swapped these out with some other makeup I got in a £19.99 box. On comparing the £19.99 box I purchased a couple of months ago with this £29.99 box, the cheaper box seemed better value. A few same or similar items. The "extra" items in the more expensive box were a little strange. A dress up outfit?? A mesh laundry bag?? Reusable snack bags?? Would suggest these might be more suited to teenage girl or household box respectively. Items definitely worth the £29.99 I paid, but not worth double. Will this box make a great birthday gift for a friend, YES. Would I buy more, YES. Just be prepared to get some very random, although quite useful or amusing, items.
